Good Morning!

Rise and shine. Today is going to be an awesome day!

I'm thinking of a rest day - rest is very important so for all you sassies that have been working it every day take the day to let yourself rest.

Looks like we've finally made it back to Canada - I'll have the coffee ready for everyone Monday morning.

K, I'm off to bed, my cycling yesterday is catching up with me.

Cheers!

Ran into some friends of ours shopping yesterday. We haven't seen them for awhile since we no longer go to the same church. I got a compliment for the Mr. who told my hubs something about having a skinny wife.

Hello Sassies!!

It is nice here today, so I am going to get out and do some errands. We have had so much rain lately and I am glad to see the sun. I'm going to go visit Dad and then to the Y for a walk on the tm.

Renee, I have been in phase 2, but am going back to phase 1 today. I lost 8 lbs when I first started, but haven't lost since then because of the beer I have when I go out with friends. Today starts no alcohol for the next 2 weeks. Like you, I don't really miss the sugar. The fat is really satisfying and an Atkins bar as my nightly dessert does the trick.

Denise, Camp sounds like so much fun. I want to go!!

I finished the challenge yesterday and am going to do it again today. Steps for Saturday were 7184 and 5 points.

Be back later!

Denise,

Same for me on the calve raises. I had to do half and then work on another body part, like the sit ups, and then come back to the calve raises.

Started the mini's at work on Friday... Windmills, Pushups, JJ's and knee raises.. will add what I can from the list to make sure I'm doing the strength challenge... So are we building to all of that or is it all one day??

Hello ladies,

Long day yesterday but very nice. We were at the theme park for roughly 7 hours yesterday and I have estimated that active/active time was roughly 3 hours and based on my past performance of one mile per 30 minutes, I have estimated by miles for the day at six and then added walking time to restaurants, etc. for an estimated steps of 17,323 and I did not track or do challenges so just one point.

So glad I went and bought the higher spf sunscreen which allowed me to participate longer into the day. Once the dramamine wore off, I simply walked and waited with the family to ride rides.

Today was totally whipped though and napped for most of the day. Now off to finish the family dinner.

Nite all,
Pam

Hey everyone!

I am back from my errands and just finished up eating dinner. I went to the Y and walked and I still want to do at least part of the challenge.

Denise, is this the same son that had the girlfriend with baby Lux? I haven't heard you mention the baby lately...

Laurie, you can add fruit in phase 2...berries first and then later on the ladder you can add other fruits to see how you tolerate each item and still lose weight.

Donna, sounds like you had lots of fun. I love tubing!

Pam, did you ride roller coasters?? They scare me. I used to love them, but now I am afraid I will have a heart attack. LOL!!

Going to do some of the challenge.
