Woo Hoo!! It's Friday!!

I have never been more ready to start the weekend. This is my long day and I will have to work until 6:30. I sure hope I don't have to go to lunch at 11:00. That is just too early.

Lots to do this weekend. I need to make my meal plan, grocery shop and cook everything that I can ahead of time. I can't wait to see how much I can lose on the FMD.

Laurie, I accepted the invite. The new challenge sounds like fun!

I too accepted .....sassies onward and downward.

about FMD no idea , obviously I have an odd metabolism, I have not lost , I have gained.....2 lbs...go figure. But I will give it till next week and see what my body does with it.....it is a little frustrating.......

Susan thank you for the dinner out idea in restaurant , did it.
good choice.

today I golf with hubby in a wife & hubby tournament for his golf league, I only golf 1 to 3 times a year . This is a fun one so no pressure. Smile

Morning Sherry and Denise,

Up earlier than I wanted to be on a day off but oh well. The neighbor dogs just would not stop barking this morning (the owners leave them out all day) grr...

Thanks Laurie for sending me Donna's wonderful sheet (Donna you rock)on the foods for FMD. I didn't have a lot of time to study them yesterday but hope to today.

Since I have extra time thanks to the puppies next door and the weather is a little cooler this morning, treadmill time and then a swim.

Hey All,

Unlike Denise, the coffee is killing me.. LOL, am going to get a Organic Decaf this weekend, cuz I have to get rid of this headache.

So far so good, on the diet... (I snuck a peak and am down 5 pounds as of this morning... hope to keep if off till Monday).. LOL

I too joined the new challenge, as always, Thanks to Laurie & Pam for always getting a new one opened and staying on top to ensure we all feel like we are part of this.

I look forward to the new challenge and to the month of September...

Pam & Laurie, she has a website too... Metabolismdiet.com and there is an app for your Ipad's, $2.99 that will let you record the week's menu and then give you a grocing list and tracks all your foods and snacks... (PS.. tells you portions too).. I got it from the .com above.

Ok at work, will need to check in later.

Pam--I went to my local GNC and got some Casein Protein which is supposed to help with the late night munchies and the starving feeling in the AM. I drink 1 scoop in 12oz of water every night half hour to an hour before bed and I'm not starving in the morning. You might give that a try if the night time munchies hit again.

Hello all-

I am happy to announce that I made it to Onederland this morning!!! Now in P3 I gained last week so we will see. So far so good.

Donna awesome job on the 5 lbs but don't be surprised if you gain a little in P3. Each body is different and react differently. By the end of P3 my headaches were gone. I had a little one on P2 this week. PMS related I am sure.

Denise hang in there, just may take a bit longer. You are welcome about the dinner idea!

Pam when I go out I hear chickens clucking. ha Surprisingly on this FMD plan I am never hungry after dinner. Although I am eating at 6 or 7 now.

Well heading out to the lake today. All my food is packed!!

steps 6833. Two points for steps and no food after dinner.

I,m leaving town for the first time in a year I think. Oorah... ! If u didnt get an invite its not because I dont love u its because I,m not techy,getting there. Pam can invite u email her or me. I will not be back till Mon. Already did my 45 min walk sassy legs and arms. Thanks for weekend challenge Kat. I posed a question on new site answer when u have the time. Laurie

TGIF Sassy Ones! Woke up this morning & EVERYTHING was off the bed & on the floor...I didn't think it was THAT hot last night!! Was watching Today while drinking coffee (half real & half decaf) & had one of those "I don't wanna, I don't haveta & I'm not gonna moments when it came time to do my morning workout. Well, I fought through it & did it, including the things I've just added. Not sure I didn't want to move...may be the heat. Still playing with frequency of the Lyrica...I didn't take any Wednesday nite & by yesterday afternoon I was relly hurting...could have been the new stuff I've added to my morning workout.

Hello Sassies! Sorry I have been MIA! Been spending alot of time on the beach and it's just not convenient to wear my pedo. Plus, my phone app for FS only let's me enter food/exs. I cannot see threads, challenges, or buddies.

Wednesday was our 31st wedding anniversary. We spent most of the day in Pensacola going to the lighthouse (177 spiral steps) and shopping at the mall there. Hubby and I found jewelry stores and his billfold got a workout! Last night we cruised the bay on the Solaris and had a wonderful meal.



Back to reality soon!

Congratulations Becky and spouse! We are going to celebrate our 27th on Monday. Boo for reality, lol.

I am finding it really had to remember to check in here everyday. Today we were up really early to pull weeds, detail the car, put on our custom seat covers we just got and run what seemed like a million errands.

c25k w4d3 this evening, hoping I can fit in a long bike ride tomorrow and a 5k with miracle mile on Sunday. Weigh-ins have been frustrating this week, kind of stuck, not sure why.

But, I am still grateful for clothes that are looser, runs that are longer and easier, a successful big event at work, my amazing colleagues, and the weekend!

My little one wants me to come watch her dance in the driveway, off I go.

It is late.... tried to get on this morning before work. My laptop seems to have problems. Had them before. Think the poor thing is on it's way out. My son has it now. Hope he can fix it.

Evening!!

Been mia and trying to catch up with posts. Busy, hectic week - glad its over. All ready for the new challenge. Summer is almost gone and I have 5 pesky lbs to lose by December.

Becky - awesome pic and congrats!
