Okay I have Bob,s book I reread. The protein is half your body weight but over 5 meals. He gave the example 200 lbs. Eat 100 gm of protein. Water is a glass first thing when you wake up and before every meal and bedtime.
Denise, It wasnt coffee as much as caffeine she was talking about and u were suppose to eat food before u have any caffeine. And even decaf has caffeine. For coffee she suggests decaf organic if u have to have. So I,m thinking same rules apply to tea. And bob wants water first thing when u wake. So many rules so little time. So I,m thinking u should have shake first then tea or coffee. I could only open one attachment were there two.
