OMG, almost time to go home...thankfully. Turned into a total zombie this afternoon after taking a muscle relaxer...hate to do that during the day but my back was just so tight...& of course, since the brain is a muscle...really want to stat awake to watch the Tim McGraw special on CBS tonight.
Weekend challenge is going to KILL me, situps, squats, crunches, calf raises I can do....this will definitely motivate me to NOT be a coach potato all weekend!
Off to Whole Foods for produce...really hate paying their prices...but since my co-worker drops me off there every Friday night I might just as well.

Just completed the weekend challenge for sat and sun today! I completely had my days off! Lol. I had the day off so it felt like saturday...ooops!!! Guess i'll do Sassie legs a little later lol. I can't believe i just did that!!!! O well lol

WOW Becky....! On top of you breathing fire, I think you are going to be laid out on the floor! With hubs and the dog looking down asking "what's for supper!" Laughing

I like the line up! Good challenge! I will be doing my bike, arm wt. and ab workouts! Been invited to a Sweet 16 Birthday party Sat. night. Here in Indy it's Brickyard weekend. Not going, but it is a "food fest"!
Have to keep myself in CHECK!

Evening Sassies,

Okay I have Bob,s book I reread. The protein is half your body weight but over 5 meals. He gave the example 200 lbs. Eat 100 gm of protein. Water is a glass first thing when you wake up and before every meal and bedtime.

Denise, It wasnt coffee as much as caffeine she was talking about and u were suppose to eat food before u have any caffeine. And even decaf has caffeine. For coffee she suggests decaf organic if u have to have. So I,m thinking same rules apply to tea. And bob wants water first thing when u wake. So many rules so little time. So I,m thinking u should have shake first then tea or coffee. I could only open one attachment were there two.

Becky ,Love boxing moves thanks!! I have also done what u are doing twice before I hit my lowest and shot back up. Started at 285 lowest 182 and now I,m heading for new territory right there with ya. Third times a charm. U lead the way,I,ll follow.How exciting!

Evening (or should I say good morning!)

Another late night for me. Steps 1852 and 3 points for Thursday. No fiber and no strength but a very "interesting" bike ride. Ended up getting red wine on my new shirt tonight - someone else spilled on me. Oh well back to the store Very Happy
