no snack - yes, almost grabbed a handful of blueberries when my son was eating some, but realized what I was doing and put them back down!
strenth - yes! And now I read ahead and am very curious about the weekend strength challenge... wonder what you're cooking up for us, Laurie!

I got my new scale and weighing side by side with my old one, it weighs me 6 pounds higher. :/ oh well, I think it's probably more accurate, but I want your scale, Becky!

Morning all,

Meg, I contacted the college facebook page hoping someone over there might have pics of our white squirrels. Don't know yet. I also googled images for them too hoping I'd find ours that way. Couldn't tell be there are pics out there for them. I've seen them once on our campus. There were only two that I saw. They were beautiful to see.

Strength ~ check, plus my ab & pushups challenges
Fiber ~ check
No snack ~ check, was tempted but passed it up.

Today is a day for myself. And that's a laugh! Truly, it's a day for a little laundry, vacuuming, housecleaning.... Lunch with hubs and got to get my butt in for a workout at 9R. Just hard to get motivated to do that out in public while TOM is here.....

I have fibroids. You all may remember my scare a couple weeks ago. Well last night I was lying in bed and my belly sunk in some and as I ran my fingers over my c-section scar I could feel the bump of one of my fibroids. Felt weird and can see how dr thought they were getting bigger. I have a friend who also has fibroids and she told me she can see hers in her abs. She's thinner than me. So I am telling myself when I lose more weight they could become more noticeable and not to freak out. Enough of that topic!

Morning,

Laundry already on the go, finishing my coffee and onto treadmill.
Today is about getting in my toning, some cleaning, and lots of steps.

Meg I got a new scale in trailer while we were on holidays to help keep me on track and not gain more than I had.

Morning all,

Back at work this morning and much to do. Stayed busy yesterday and totaled out at 14,622 steps but only three points, no fiber and no group strength exercises.

Back to the grind.

Good morning Sassies! I feel pretty good this morning. I was able to get in 2 workouts yesterday. I need to make up for last week and the weekend. Last night I watched one of my favorite shows Extreme Weight Loss. It always motivates me to get moving. For 30 min of the show I got on my treadmill. I walked while the show was on and ran during the commercials. That really made me sweat!

No snack: Y (almost ate a slice of watermelon but i quickly put it back and ran away lol)

Morning-

Another day without the kiddos. What will I do with myself. Need athletic shorts. Well guess I will go shopping again.

I too love Extreme Weightloss Danielle. I was on the TM also. 4 miles completed!!

Steps for Tues were 13,875 and 2 points. Didn't track/fiber/strength.
I did do some weights for my biceps tho.

Well time to get ready and get some steps in!!

Morning teamies,

Posted my hometown visit yesterday feel like no one read, pics too, maybe it was too late in day. I,m having a pity party today lost in tennis, lost in love,lost client and just feeling lost. I,m still exercising and eating right which is my only good thing right now,

Laurie, I loved the pics! I could just about smell the clean fresh air! It looked like "big country" to me! You are lucky you live in such a beautiful place. Sorry to hear of all you lost. Does this mean the dates are no more?

Smile Susan buy shorts yes, I had to put on long workout pants as it is so cool out again today where did summer go......

I want it back....this is fall weather...........gosh the world weird lately with all out of sorts happenings......makes ya wonder eh.

I did toning and my arms are shaky....... and every time I go up the stairs I stop and do 10 push ups.......

When we lived up that way we never really got a chance to explore Idaho. Looks like a fun place. And LOVE the cute little house!

I am dragging today. I would like to just lay in bed. I am sore everywhere. Whine, whine, whine....going to make coffee.

Kat kids are at grandma and grandpa's one more night.

Sunning right now!!!Wish the wasps and bees would go away. Thank goodness I am in a black suit. Lol

Proud of myself. Got subway for lunch. 12" chicken on wheat no cheese no oil and loaded the veggies. 1/2 for lunch and 1/2 for dinner.

If you are looking for a great sports bra, I found one at Wal-Mart. Great support for the busty sort as myself. Danskin brand and only$12. I got two.

Think I will run outside tonight. weather is awesome.

Today I am trying to be more "aware" of what I am shoveling into my mouth. I have had issues the last few days. At the moment I hear my hubs cookies and cream ice cream calling my name. I have been muching on my frozen banana though. Trying to hang tough!

Afternoon!

Hope everyone is having a wonderful day. I went on an semi long bike ride yesterday, a little over 30 miles total so I'm just catching up.

Laurie - I read your post and remember what a beautiful place Boise is. I'm hoping to be back in your area somtime this fall. And listen to Denise. You are an AMAZING person! Now put on a smile and your walking shoes and enjoy that wonderful Boise sunshine Very Happy

Susan - Good choices for lunch! Which Danskin bra did you get - It's time for me to get some new ones too. Expecially since I signed myself up for a 100 mile bike ride next weekend.

Meg - the squirrels are too cute! I'm thinking about getting a new scale too, one of the Tanita's that measure fat as well as weight.

Brenda - you can do it!!

K, back to work for me then back on the bike. BF says he has a surprise trail for the day, boy am I worried! I'll have to post all of my points and steps for last week later tonight. They're on little pieces of paper next to my scale. Here is yesterday:

Points - 3 (no strength and of course no fiber)
Steps - 3230 not including the 30 miles of biking

Ok so I the TM for an hour. Wore my new sports bra and wow what a difference. Great support.

Renee it is called Danskin Now I got the one with front closure and the back is crossed in back. I am going to exchange the other one I got. Wrong size opps. But it has adjustable back. Super bra for less $$$.

Off to shower. Feeling hungry.

Oh Susan, thanks for the info on the sports bras. I bought one at Dick's Sporting Goods and pound out the hiney for it. Does it come in number sizes or is it S,M,L,XL? I'm also going to look online and try to see them. Working out at 9R at first I was embarrassed to pull my bra strap up when I'm jumping rope. Heck, now I don't give a flip! I just stop, dig & snap!

Brenda, good job on the frozen banana. Good choice for fiber too! Hang tough girl!

Becky they come in your bra size!! True to size which is great and no more straps falling!!! I just googled Danskin Now sports bra and both are there!!! Be prepared to be lifted if you get it!! LOL

Susan lifted sounds good I will check that bra out also. I buy most of my work out stuff from wally world. I am wearing the yoga pants now.
