Good afternoon, sassies!

Monday results:
Track: yep, I counted every calorie and there were too many!!!!
Cardio: 30 minutes walking - felt good. First day back walking
Summer Strong: nope, no strength.
Fiber: yes
No snack: blew this big time - that is what tipped me over on calories.

Today I am thinking about rollercoaster dieting. All my life, I have gone up and down and up and down. A couple of months ago, I was so excited to hit 199 and I swore that I would NEVER hit 200 or over again. And here I am - back in the 200s. Why do I make the choice to eat like I do and sit around like I do? It is easy to rationalize and say I'm too busy to exercise. I'm too tired to cook healthy. But the truth is I just like to eat and I just like to be lazy.

And that is going to kill me if I keep it up. I need to learn that I can be satisfied with eating smaller portions. I don't have to eat until it is uncomfortable. I just need to eat until I am no longer hungry. And I need to remember that I feel so much better when I exercise!

One day at a time. We can do this! Don't beat ourselves up about mis-steps, just focus on the next step.

wown busy day ladies.................... nice

slept till noon , then lots of errands and laundry and putting it all back in trailer............. lots of mini steps..... food is good.

Sherry I like that idea too.........the miles help push me to try harder............. yeh scale is nicer today to me........

I did rest, and still feel blah. Tomorrow is my reset, I just don't have it in me today. Very exhausted. I did hop on scale and am up, I hope it will go down as I am puffy from trip. I got in a lot of steps most days, and the house had stairs. I got pains everywhere, lol.

Evening Sassies! What a busy bunch we are! Spent all day working with childrens' books...checked in 2 shipments & keyed a 10-page single-spaced invoice for them!! Heading out now for PT with Monica (think of a kinder, gentler, younger Jillian!) Can't beleive I came in 4th, especially after a sabotaged weekend, but I'll take any loss I can get!
CONGRATS TO ALL THE LOSERS, STEPPERS & POINTERS!

Sherry-oh yeah, I LOVE that idea-48 state capitals sounds good to me!

Gotta run, tty tomorrow.

Yeah Sherry, Congrats!

Denise & Donna - thanks for the kick, I really needed it.

Have been moving bunches today. Up at 6:00 to wait for repairman that didn't show until 1:00. No worries I used my time wisely, cleaning and straightening the house. I also emptied, moved and reloaded my curio cabinet.

Then off for some errands, been so busy didn't hardly eat today which I know is not good either. Must admit I had one of those tiny party ice creams while waiting for my tires to get rotated.

Anne, you had a long trip, so just rest up. Tomorrow is a new day!

Laurie, great pics! Your city is beautiful. I hope to see it in person someday. Renee hasn't been on lately, so if she does then she can post about her city. We can start the new walk on Monday 7/29, if that is good with everyone.

Sarah, Woo Hoo!! Great loss!

Cathy, What you said about eating and being lazy is me...I don't like to admit it, but it is true. I think I would do better if I just had someone to workout with.

Pam, at least you only had 1 ice cream...

Sherry, Tyvm I posted so many things I dont think I posted ps.

Points I,m taking four I honestly cant remember If I did my strength.steps 9861 wby didnt I walk 200 more,duh!

Sarah, U must of not weighed in on time or saved. A loss is a loss congrats I knew u would get weight back off.
