Posted steps and points (only 2) for Monday already. Today is dentist day, hoping its nothing too serious. Laurie - did you go yet?
So, my something new this week (and probably for a long time) is helping my big sister. I had a long conversation with her yesterday and have talked her out of gastric bypass surgery, at least for the next two months, and into this site. I'm hoping she will stay accountable to herself by at least tracking her food. Of course I volunteered to be her coach. Shock
I'm hoping to keep us both on track.

Morning,

Renee good luck at the dentist today, hope all goes well. Kudos to you for helping your sister, support is so important. She will be welcomed here with open arms.

I am off to a late start this morning. Last night while trying to move a piece of exercise equipment I sorta pulled my back Crying or Very sad and steps probably won't be much today. Yesterday was only 4,754 but I did finish strength and kept the fiber up so five points I did make.

Better get going.

strength: yes - like the new routine. Taught squats to my younger two.
no snack: yes

tried something new: whole wheat pasta, pretty good and not one kid complained, so it's a keeper! Smile

Morning All,

Steps don't know my fitbit us on my computer at home.

yesterday swam and played with the kids all day.. so will estimate steps since in bathing suit all day...

Read a bit but will get caught up this Sunday.

Got the grandkids today and so much I want to get done. The sun is shining the patio and cup of tea really sound good right now. But I better get a shower and get dressed or I might scare the deer!

Morning all- So many up and at em's this morning!!! I slept til 8. Well needed sleep.

Today I celebrate my kids actual birthday. They turn 5 today. Wow time has gone by fast!! Swim class, and the dentist. Sorry guys. They each have $30 birthday dollars to get something so guess we are shopping too!!

I got 3.5 miles in on the treadmill last night. 52 min of total sweat! I am continuing to run the first mile and walk last 3.5. Need to increase the distance now to 1.5-2.0 mile run!

Renee good luck at the dentist! We welcome your sister anytime. She can do it!!

Pam rest, nothing worse than back pain. Been dealing with that for 3 days. Mine is just out of alignment.

Meg- love whole wheat pasta- my family loves it too. Except my son who doesn't like noodles.

Donna- hope you are enjoying your vacation!!!

Becky enjoy your grandkids. Heck take em out and feed the deer!!

Steps for Monday were 13,109 and 4 points. I ate a bit of cake and a scoop of ice cream. But still down another .5 pounds!! Hee hee!

Morning teamies,

Never got back on last night fell asleep watching The Bachelorette. I,m sure u think less of me now watching that silly show. I lose IQ points but does anyone know what hapoened on brooks hometown visit I fell aleep then. Got in a round of abs. Client should be here soon.

Renee, You,ll feel better no matter what after u visit dentist. I go tomm and I want to cancel cuz tooth is not bothering me and I,m broke but I will go.

Good morning sassies! Yesterday was a good day. After work I headed to the church and did some painting. Did that for over 3 hours climbing up and down ladders to paint the top of the ceiling. THAT was the hard part for me since I'm afraid of heights lol.

After I got home I did the strength routine twice. Would have done 3 but I was tired from all that painting and ladder stuff! lol. Today is ab day! I think I will do 2 sets of the sassie abs and follow it up with 2 sets of my ab routine.

Good morning Sassies! Absolutely beautiful dy here...but it's nort supposed to last...another heat wave & always on the weekends! Did get a (fairly) good night's sleep last night.

Strength done! My own ab/pushups workouts done! Hope to take it easy the rest of the day, if I can....

Danielle, I did 3 hours painting after 8 hr work day for a few days back a couple years ago to get our house ready to sell. Exhausting! Don't want to do that again for a long time.
Laurie, if I fed the deer naked they'd stand there and laugh at me!
Meg, kids and NO complaints??? Lucky gal!
Donna, I'd share our beautiful weather if I could. Think it's going to be hot though.

Good Afternoon Everyone,

Total steps yesterday was 1655 - I expected higher and don't know if it was because the pedometer was clipped inside my waistband (It's been falling off). I didn't wear it to the pool and took it off for my cardio, so it might be accurate.

No Snacking = Yes
Move = Yes
Strength = Yes
Track = Yes
Fiber = Yes

Hello again- Becky yes I have twins Boy/Girl!! Lots of fun! My oldest is 25, so to do this all over again has been quite an experience!!

I have had a killer headache all day. It's in my back and I have had hubby crack it and still hurts. Ugh I really want to do TM later, so we will see.

Taking kids out to dinner tonight for their bday. Wonder if they will sing?

I am out of my leeway but 1.25lbs but have 2 weeks to get back in leeway so I'm not worried. Decided to eat no more than 1300 calories for the week and going to get in 3 Women's Total Fit Classes this week plus either Cardio or weights depending on if we are on the Turf Wed and Fri or in the weight room on Thursday.

Evening everyone!! Sounds like busy day for all! I too went to the dentist...all good. Then it was my annual visit to have the "girls" squeezed! OUCH!! Then to come home to discover my dog Finly had hiked his leg on my flip flops I left by the door.....slipped my foot right in to it. He ran and hide under the bed. BAD DOG!!

Work and errands today. Neighbor told me she didnt know what I was doing but I looked great. I said tyvm. Those little kudos keep ya going.

Jenn, The fmd is gluten free and. I usually get in plenty of fiber from fruits and veges. Steel oats and blueberries 10 g fiber. I don,t really like that Ezekial sprouted bread but if u have a sandwich it,s 6 g fiber too. I love brown rice pasta have u tried it? I put the organic costco stewed tomatoes on and it,s easy no fuss meal. What kind of pedometer do u have and u can wear it for cardio we count all our steps.

Hey hello all sassy chickies working out in this weather is insane, a little slower but doable, went golfing thsi am got in 22 floors and a major sweat, then to the beach we went and let me say lugging all the stuff down there is an extra 5000 steps (I wish)

now jsut waiting till it cools a little to walk some more , need to hit my 10ths min........
Kat your so right we are on the same journey....all at diff speeds ....

Donna , I too am hoping to keep this nice weather as it has been amazing... I did picnis table push ups, not pretty but good anyway............
they say rain Thursd - Fri hope not we have company coming for a few days....

well stay moving and shaking ladies ....used up my data for my hello and sync my fitbit USA data plans r crazy for Canadians traveling it is 7.99$ for 50 MB in a 24 hr period I just used 75 mb , crazy.....

well plan so far for beach food has been healthy , gluten free, veggies, fruit and lots lots lots of water..... use Mio a little here and there, not too shabby .......

Whew, just did the treadmill to work off the Pizza buffet we did tonight per birthday kids request. I actually did more salad than carbs. One small piece of pizza, but the blue cheese dressing that is to die for is what hurt me!!! I had to but didn't need it, was a small bowl of apple crisp with vanilla ice cream(more like ice milk) Yummo!!!

Headache is going away thanks to the 800 mg of Ibuprofen I took.

Great job sassie for the loss's!! I worked hard for those 4.5 pounds.

Laurie I too watched the bachelorette. Not the whole thing. I am into Big Brother this time of year. Oh and how about Mistresses? Anyone? Hooked!!! Call me El Lame-O too!!

Denise you sound like you are having fun!!! Enjoy!

Evening ladies!

Semi quick after dentist post 'cause the pain killers have kicked in. I took 3 hours to get my gums numb enough to prepare my tooth for a crown, but all is good Smile And I actually lost 5 more lbs this morning - I'm sure its all water but I can't wait to eat some solid food!!!

Brenda - absolutely love the poem!!!

Laurie - I hear ya - I'm minus $500 for my visit. I probably should have flown home. Good luck tomorrow!!!
