Good Morning!!

Today is going to be a wonderful day Smile

Steps for yesterday 938 but did a nice bike ride - about 21 miles. Unfortunately I think I pulled something in my knee as I've started hobbling around. I also hurt my elbow - go figure. I may have to take a time out on my cardio for a bit. On the better side, I managed to maintain my weight - think its having a handle on my portion size.

Ooops - forgot my points. 3 again, just missed fiber and didn't do my strength training.

Sorry Renee to hear of the injury. Take care and don't let it get worse. Might try some stretching if it's in the muscles.

Hi everyone!

steps: 10,063. I saw on my fitbit that I was at like 9500 when I went to sit down to watch a movie, got motivated to go for 10K so walked from my bedroom (2nd floor) to washing machine (basement) and back 4 times to break 10,000. Smile
fiber: 32.3g
strength: yes, did the inchies with my son (9) and younger daughter (7) - fun! (still pretty hard) but 30s plank - OMG hard.
no snacks after dinner: check!
log food: yes, really surprised how low my calories were, I felt like I ate a lot.

Morning sassie sunshinessssssssss

Meg that is fantastic that when you saw it so close to 10 k you got up and did some more way to go sassie lady.

today I have 2 little ones 5 & 7 for the day, goodness I have to pack all day so they can putter and play , Ali is 7 she is out filling the little pool with water. She is a great helper.

Morning teamies,

Work today and tennis in 100degrees on the hottest court in the city. Looking forward to that,not! It,s a cool beautiful morning. Drinking coffee cleaning and enjoying. 12,271 steps , high five.

Renee, rice: rest ice compress elevate! I have ongoing knee problems and the only thing that saves me is rolling out on foam roller: it band ,quad ,hamstring,calf. Advil is great to relieve inflammation.. I,m sure u know all this just friendly reminder.

Denise, Are we there yet,lol!!!

Meg, U are putting on the sass.

Jenn, U can do your own yoga but to get point u have to add in group challenge. An inchworm is walking downward dog, and plank really!

Good morning Sassies!!!! I absolutely feel great this morning!!! I love my tuesdays because I don't have to be here at work until 10:30 so I can fit in a morning workout! I did my strength plus my extended workout that I posted yseterday. I ran through the sequence in under 10 min so I did it a second time. I'm thinking about doing it 2 more times tonight. I just feel like I am so much stronger. I did the dreaded inchworms last night and I got through them pretty quickly as well. They still aren't "pretty" but it's getting done lol.

Track: Yes
Steps: 3701
Fiber: Yes
Strength: Yes
No snack after dinner: Yes, even though I really wanted something to eat after my workout. I chugged some water instead lol
Total: 5 points!!!!

Morning Sassies, Points for yesterday: 5 and Steps 9063.

Got in a great workout yet again this morning I did the Tue/Thurs Women's class where we were doing more weights. Mon/Wed/Fri classes are more cardio based.
Everyday above ground is a great day remember that--Pitbull from the song Time of my Life.

After dinner~of course not! Was within my WW points.
Water~ could have done better! Mad

Seems I am having some internet issues. I am technology challenged. My resident "TEC" (hubs) is away on business until next Tues. He thinks may have a problem with the wire-less box. Who knows! May need replaced like every thing else! He has instructed me on how to get on the internet. Tuesday is a long time from now. If I am not on here means I am not able too. Will catch up when I can.

Way to go you all sassier than sassy women!!! Awesome job on the weight loss's and top steppers/points!!!

steps for Mon- 3500 minimum. Going to get battery for my pedometer since I can't get my fitbit downloaded to my computer.

I had 3 points. Didn't track or get fiber in.

Be careful in the heat Laurie. Hydrate!! Denise i say heeellllllppp every day. Enjoy!!!

Heading out to get the kids birthday cakes ordered. Fun fun!! Birthday party on Sat.

I am seriously ready for a weekend of nothing to do! Couple more weeks and t-ball will be done. WHEW!!

Good morning Sassies! FINALLY got my new pedo in the mail last night so I once again feel dressed. Funny how much I missed something I had never used til 6 months ago! Heat wave today & tomorrow, followed by Los Angeles' version of monsoon season so may be spending most of my time in the pool.

Morning sassies - off to a slow start this morning oh well afternoon now. Last night my body decided it needed rest rather than exercise and I was in bed at 7:00. Might have been the workout with my daughter that did me in, lol! I almost think she is a Jillian mini me in training. My abs are killing me today. I know no pain no gain, right??

check just left whooooooooooooofffffffffffff she is easy , but he is a little trying.......... Smile If you could add up the calories from how many times I had to explain something I would be at goal...........haahahhahahahhhahhah too funny but they are fun to have around.

today was but squeezes and standing on one leg while slowly , slowly lifting the other leg behind me all the way straight then squatting slightly on the standing leg 10 times ever so slowly
then switch , talk about shaking legs............

Late checking in, but was up early. Got some errands done. Son had friends sleep over so it is messing up my routine. I am not going to exercise in front of them! They should leave soon. I was trying to fast track my studying, but the brain is mushy, the schedule is overwhelmed, and the study site is down...something is telling me to wait until we get back from wedding week. Boo.

Didn't do so good yesterday either

No snack - nope, ate a babybel cheese

Hubby is at work, son and friends just left....I hope I can redeem the today!

Been crazy at work, seems like more each day.. LOL.. But 3 more days.. so I can't complain much..

Went to kohls today had some gift cards so got some new tops feeling good.. need to clean out the closet and get rid of the bigger clothes

Ok off to get some strength training in... the planks are killing me.. LOL
