Yep July is just zooming away. Only 347 steps for me Sunday but we did get a bike ride in - 12 miles. 3 points, not enough fiber and no strength training.

Good Morning Everyone. It's back to busy life for me, and a big week. My children are volunteering at our church's VBS so they must be out the door early. My niece is arriving on Wednesday for a two week visit - she has celiac so I will be switching the house over to gluten free to keep her healthy. Busy Week.

Laurie - Awesome job completing a Marathon. The program I am using is a run/walk program, so I'll be walking at pretty regular intervals. I have fresh rosemary too, and thought the recipe is a bit skimpy on it. I might add more!

Denise - I love hiking, just don't get to do it very often.

Good morning Sassies!!!!!

I cannot WAIT until they hire another supervisor for me so I don't have to come in so darn early on Monday mornings to run these reports! lol.

I feel great this morning. I jumped on the scale and was down 7 pounds! HOWEVER, I know a lot of it has to do with that serious binge last week when my mom was in the hospital. I gained 10 pounds!!!! So I know this huge weight loss is due to me drastically cutting my calories from what I took in last week! Insane!!!! I know next week will show a more realistic weight loss but I will take it!!!! I have been eating pretty clean minus that girls night at Olive Garden lol.

OMG I just looked at the strength for this week and I am devastated!!!! Those inchworms are back! Ugh!!!!!!! I hate those so much! lol. I was looking forward to some leg work. O well! I guess I will add some on my own lol

Good morning!

Monday weigh in for me - big surprise, down 8 pounds! That's gotta be a lot of water since this is my first week really paying attention to what I eat, but I'll take it!

I'm grateful for:
discovering tennis as a fun family activity
the no snacks after ddinner challenge
bike rides in the rain
summer fruits and veggies
the support of my family

yesterday:
steps: 8,024 yes
log food: yes
no snack: yes
fiber: 29.4 yes
strength: since I had a rest day yesterday due to my toe, I did Saturday's strength, so I guess that's a no since I was supposed to meditate!
so, 4 points.

My toe is feeling much better, thanks everyone! not 100% yet, but I think it'll get there if I keep babying it. I have top be careful to place my foot down flat on stairs, when biking, etc, so I don't twist the little toe.

Morning teamies, 15,637 steps,highfive

I,m so excited for two weeks, I,ve not eaten after dinner and I,m following the fast metabolism diet she believes food is medicine. Pretty much fruit,veges,good protein and fat. I,m down three pounds this week and last week I was down six. This is big for me I,m moving forward after months of screwing around. I,m back in the 180,s hoot. Whenever I hit 182 which is my lowest then start eating and sabotaging myself but sassies as my witness I,m moving through to the 70,s this time.

I am thankful for having a plan and sticking with it.
I am thankful for all the newbies who add fresh thought to the challenge.
I am thankful for all the refined sassies who picked me up when I could not go on.
Iam thankful for a healthy body, which allows me to move freely through life.
I am thankful for the inchworm because it makes me realize all the exercise I love other than that.

Have a great day sassies . The scale is just info to guide u on your journey.

Good Monday morning!

Tracked - yes
Steps - no
Strength - yes
Fiber - No
no eating after dinner - yes

heat has gone down a little, but yesterday the air conditioner died so didnt get much accomplished other than trying to get that fixed. finally got that replaced at about 9 last night. hopefully I sweated a pound or two off.Felt like it, anyways.

I tried some new things last week - new recipes and joined the office walking group. Looking forward to this week, though not sure if its suppose to be hot or rainy.

I came across another workout I will probably do along with our strength exercises. I am aiming for 3 times a week and an ab workout for the other 3 days to go along with strength. Join me if you like!

Weight is down a tad from beginning. I'll take it! I want to work on getting more water in because I don't feel I did very good with it over the weekend. But, this weekend could have been alot worse! I'm glad I tracked everything and got in some sweating time! I am thankful for my health, my friends, my family, my tiny little job, and for this beautiful day! Have a good one ladies!

Happy Monday Sassies! Only 62 miles away from me? With all of us, ya'll should be here by Tuesday evening. Gonna be crowded with 40+ Sistas in my apartment but I've got everything ready. Since we're having another heat wave (short one just til Wed) I think I'll take you all to the beach!

Surprised I lost a pound, but happy about it. This week I'm upping the pt that I do at home to add more strength...HATE, HATE inchworms, can't do full planks so will modify.

Kat: I absolutely LOVE ab work! I can get through that ab routine farely quick. Now the first workout I posted is brand new. I will try it out Tuesday. I think I will do just 1 circuit and build my endurance up to doing it 2-3 times lol.

Congrats to all loosers and to those that gained it means it is just time to renegotiate your agenda and meal plans and PORTION SIZES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that is a huge one for me.....

Hello Sassies!!

I am down 1 lb, but that's ok. I am at my lowest since joining BLC last year. I finally hit the 170's. I had lost 4 lbs for the last 2 weeks so I will take just 1 this week. I can really feel the difference in my clothes.

Steps for Sunday were 3857 and 5 points.

I am thankful for finding out what is working for me.
I am thankful for my sassy sistas and this challenge.
I am thankful to be feeling better and able to exercise harder.

-patience to accept what I cannot control and let it be....

ok poof! Just lost my post!

Congratulations to all the loser's this week, I am so proud to join you this week!

Susan, made your recipe and loved it, had one for lunch yesterday and saved the other half for today. Next time, I might make my own meatballs since the store bought version had 650 mg sodium for three meatballs, yikes! Nevertheless it was so good!

Steps yesterday 6,365 and high five!

Going to work out a bit with my daughter and then figure out what is for dinner.
