Woo-hoo last work day of this week! Good steps yesterday 10,873 and 4 points - didn't make my fiber.

Since today is my "Friday" going in casual and catching up on filing. Grasshopper has finally learned from her former teachers what drowning in accounting really means, lol. Some days I really wish I had an assistant.

Will try to fit mini challenge in after I get to work since I will be the only one there holding down the fort so to speak. Wishing you all a wonderful day.

Good morning! It's not really Friday, but it feels like it! Last day of work for this week, and vaca next week, woo hoo!

Yesterday:

lots of steps - 12,373 - had tow work meeting that were quite a ways from my office, so that helps, plus lots of shopping in the evening.

log food - yes

fiber - 35.2 g enjoying lots of fresh veggies with lunch and dinner and stocked up on more fruit when grocery shopping yesterday

strength - yes - pushups on knees, easier than inchworms!

no food after dinner - yes!

Woke up to rain again here in Atlanta, Kat and Laurie you can have it! Just know that Atlanta rain comes with humidity that doesn't leave all day Wink

Only 3 points for me yesterday. Ate after dinner. Couldn't resist a bit of movie popcorn and didn't do the strength.

Good Morning!

Yes - Track
Yes - 30 min cardio
Yes - strength exercises
No - Fiber - still struggling.
Yes - No eating after dinner

I am not really doing great on the dieting part but tracking the food is making me more conscious of all my bad choices and where to switch items and what to look for in food. So hopefully next time i go grocery shopping, i will be making better choices.
Did get my walk in yesterday with one of the girls, despite how humid and muggy it was. We do a mile, with a small hill. makes the day go by faster, and its just nice to be up on my feet.another walk at home when the sun goes down a little so it was somewhat cooler.

Hope all of you enjoy a great 4th.

This whole not eating after dinner and getting my fiber to 20g is the hardest part of this challenge for me and I love it! I've always been obsessed with getting my fiber. However, I used to buy fiber bars and eat fiber cereals. It's particularly difficult now because I'm a part of another challenge that forbids processed foods like cereals and nutrition bars. Soooo it's difficult getting the fiber in with fruits and veggies. lol. I love my fruit and have to limit my intake because i can easily go overboard. Veggies are a different story! lol. I love this challenge because it pushes me to eat more veggies!!!

Morning Sassies, 5 pts for yesterday and 13,284 steps. Laura sorry you have to work tomorrow but I work retail but have been there long enough to get the holiday off.

Update on my personalize workouts from my 2 trainer friends. It is almost done so hopefully I'll have it next week. He has his part done and the leg queen who is his better half is almost done with the leg part.

Afternoon teamies,

I,m workimg Friday and I,m self-employed. Girl,s gotta make a living. I did take today off and I took gwen for an hour and forty min hikenin the hills. 10,000 today already and 52 floors. Now I think I ,ll go see the Lone Ranger, I loved that show growing up. Hi Ho Silver, I mean sassy.

Ahigh five for me yesterday and 8179 steps.

I don't see pics either. Sorry ladies, this is going to be a downer. Just feeling so beaten right now. In addition to the strength exs I did yesterday I also spent an hour on the treadmill (TM). Scales did not move today. Dentist trip did not accomplish what I thought it would. But dealing. Going back the end of the month. Heard from my doc. Apparently my 30 pound loss over last year did not help me with my cholesterol at all. Got card in mail said all normal from bloodwork but when I called to request actual numbers I was told cholesterol was exactly same as last year. Hoping she just misread it. Will see when I get full report. So disappointed. Going to go change my clothes and go sweat upstairs. Haven't done strength exs (or as Brenda says "A&D"Wink for today yet. Glimmer of happiness, our younger son is coming in tonight from Chattanooga. He'll be here for the long weekend. Will be spending good part of the day tomorrow with him and our older son and his family for a grill-out 4th of July party. At least it will be at their house and ours can stay clean for a bit longer. Smile

Evening Sassies! Who stole the pics?? Got a great killer workout in at pt this afternoon & am already feeling sore...thank heaven Thursday is my planned rest day...though might not get much rest as I have chores planned & then a pool party. Oh, I feel soooo naked-my pedo fell off my waistband & hit the floor just right (or wrong!) & shattered; I ordered one exactly like it from Amazon but it won't be here til Monday so I'll be guesstimating steps til then.

Laurie-oh good, I get to meet your girl; I'll save her a treat

Hey where did the pics of my sassies go ??????????? glad it is not only my laptop...

steps Tues= 4485 with 5 points.

I agree no food at night is a challenge but one for tonight I plan to win.....so far so good.

lots of errands today, & appointments.
Becky keep working on lowering that number it took me 1 yr to lower mine I went 90 % gluten free it made the diff the doc said. Smile

I am glad to see all so busy............ good job.

Ok seriously inchworms are hard, well for me anyway....... LOL oh soooo not pretty, but completed.....
