Good Morning Sassies, I used some cream I had on my red bumps and they are getting better so will still send the force back when I get the return kit and soon I'll order the One which now wishing I hadn't gotten rid of this soon.

Got an e-mail from Mica yesterday that they will no longer be doing the online training thing as she just started a new job and no time for the online clients but she knows that I'm ready to go it on my own with over 60 workouts from her and with a whole book full that either I've written myself or Christian used with the Women's Tuesday/Thursday classes. Going to print off all of her workouts this morning and start using again the Workout Journal App that was suggested to me over a year ago when I first got my Iphone.

I am grateful today that Mica has faith in me to continue my workouts on my own.

Sarah - I will take the liberty to speak for all the Sassies and say we have faith in you, too!!

Brenda & Denise - I hate it when the scales don't accurately reflect what I KNOW that I've done. I know they say don't look at the numbers, but that's what motivates me. Just keep on keeping on ~ eventually the scale will get the memo.

I'm thankful for friends that hold me accountable!

Thanks C!!! I am eager to get the rest of my workouts printed so I can get them organized by week 1 day 1 through week 12 day 65. Finally the fronts are printed now working on the back and will throw away all but the instructions since I'll be using another app to track the workouts.

Watching QVC and they have the Flex as a Hot Pick but I've got a One in the cart on the Fit Bit site and will see if the rash goes away before finishing the order on the One.

Morning Sassies!

I have not posted in a few days. I have read your post but just didn't want to bring my negativity here. I did not weigh in...I completely forgot. My dad is still very sick. His numbers are slightly better, but he is still in kidney failure. My heart is breaking for him. I am trying to stay on plan, but last night I veered way off. Yesterday was a really tough day.

Don't count me out yet, cause I will be back!! I just have to get through this first.

Hope you all have a great weekend!

Good morning everyone! I got my gym time in as planned and worked up a nice sweat. Started the morning off with a fruit and veggie drink made with the nutribullet. I'm on like day three and that thing is actually really nifty. Much easier than the normal juicing that I've done and it actually tastes better to me too. I'm off to do some studying at school and then go in for a shorty shift at work. Gotta resist all that food tonight! I tried last night but ended up eating a ton of snacks. =/ I'll do better today!

Good Saturday to all you sassies!

I hope to just maintain over the weekend and get back to losing Monday. Enjoying some time with DH as he has been working alot of OT the last two weeks. Today I am grateful for spending time with him.

I love a good salad and usually get the Dole Classic Romaine from Walmart. What do you all buy when you are wanting a nice cold crunchy salad?

Yesterday I emptied and cleaned all the kitchen cabinets against the walls. So much climbing up/down the step stool and up/down from the floor. But it feels good to have things organized. I still need to do the island but will tackle that next week. I did my three drawers in our bathroom today. We are getting ready for a bad ice storm starting tomorrow. So off to the grocery soon after while. Around 62 degrees here right now though. Went through my little greenhouse and am getting things ready to plant seeds for the garden. Right now daffodils and hyacinth are really popped up!

Have a great day!

I ran about 1-1/2miles today
seeing as the end of this month is my half-marathon, I (ahem) am slightly off from what Hal Higdon says I should be doing
oh well
I ran 1-1/2miles more than zero

Happy Saturday!

Sherry - saying a prayer for you, hug!

Sarah - ditto what Laurie said and thanks for posting the leg workout

Becky - I stock up on Baby Spring Mix with Herbs and spruce it up with cheese, almonds and and oil/vinegar (homemade of course!) dressing.

Laura - No worries, 1.5 is better than 0

My crisis yesterday was made a worse by a gallery opening party and lots of wine. Today and tomorrow will be much of the same I sure so I going for a walk/run now before the craziness starts. I did, however drink one bottle of water for every glass of wine Smile

Have a great day

Thanks for the prayers and the smooches!!

I wish we had a Trader Joe's in Alabama. I think the nearest one is in Georgia and even Whole Foods is 45 minutes away. Publix and my health food store is the best I have.

Denise, are you having the time of your life with your family back together?

Becky, I buy romaine. I like baby greens sometimes, but I love the crunch of romaine!!

Laurie, I guess following FMD most of the time is better than not at all!! LOL

All you awesome sassies who did so good this past week and are so quiet - SHARE!!! Give us secrets! LOL

Great day today. Sherrie and I went to a local state park and hiked. Nothing like some of you that get in thousands upon thousands of steps. But, we did a mile up and down a mountain trail along the most gorgeous mountain stream with beautiful waterfalls and cascades.

Made good food choices. I did have half a piece of my son's birthday cheesecake (how funny, Denise - we are so similar - my son's birthday was Thursday!!). Because all four of us (the two boys too) are trying to be healthier, we did get a cheesecake, but got one of the really small ones from Wal-Mart. We get the treat but don't have extras hanging around to tempt us.

Go us!!!

Cathy

Sherry -
I'm so sorry your dad is having a rough time. I think get through the crisis as best you can and then get back on plan. You and your family are in my prayers!
Becky - I am signed up for Shamrock Run 5K March 16th and have not started training yet! Yeah I think I need to walk/run as well!
Wow! I was so busy yesterday I never reported in!
Apparently this has taken me over an hour to finish, so I guess I'll just post and be done!
Have a great rest of your day everyone!
