Morning Sassies, I had 5 points and 12,194 steps for yesterday.

Morning Teamies,

Lets start Mothers Day early and celebrate and nurture ourselves. What did u do right this week?

I ate within my calorie range even logged on fozen yogurt last night and didnt eat.

I,ve been eating more protein . Less junk.

Did 4 out of 5 on exercise

Meditate on Sundays. Reading Eating with fierce kindness.

Even though I,m in financial woes I did the things to take care of myself.

I,m feeling strong in a place I,d usually be fearful.

Laurie--Spark is a vitamin and Amino Acid supplement and can be mixed with anything but I prefer water with it. Since I can't use any of the preworkout drink mixes I have a Spark before I workout.

Laurie I can meet you part way but seriously doubt 40 floors as much as I would love to. Have a lot of cleaning to do tonight and tomorrow morning, so we shall see...

Steps yesterday 6,545 and maybe three points, had dinner out with just the hubby last night and we went for mexican but it was so good and of course I ate to much. Couldn't believe I was so hungry when I got up this morning. Today started out at 1:45 when the lightning and thunderstorms rolled in. Seems I am floating with all the coffee I have ingested but need more to stay awake for the rest of the work day. Another storm is moving in, the sky is pitch black right now.

Need to go figure out how to enter my food from last night on the site.

Good morning!!

This was a good week for me. I stayed within my calorie range, did my strength training each day and ate lots of fruits and veggies.

Laurie, I did the full workout on Mon, Tues and Thurs. On leg day, I didn't go to the Y and had to figure out how to do legs here at home. Do you mean 20000 each day or for the weekend. I can join you if you mean for the weekend. I don't have fitbit, so I won't know the floors, but I will get the steps and meditate.

I have got to be careful with my calories today, as I am picking my dad up at 4 to take him to a seafood restaurant on the river, about an hour from here. Hopefully the ex bf will go with us to help with the wheelchair.

Gotta get more coffee and get busy!

Lauire-its' always good to remember what you did right. For me, its' actually staying on track for the WHOLE WEEK! Followed my ex. plan all week & ate right.

Laurie-I'm in for the weekend challenge...don't know about the floors but will try to get the 20000 steps in & as for the meditation I do that anyway!

Pam-sounds like we are walking into weather heading into Texas. How's the eyes? 1:45am--you beat me up by 2.5 hours!

Sherry-have a great dinner with your DAd.

Coffee in hand & now work...still swamped!

Oooo...20,000 is a Lot for me. I will TRY! I am in for steps and meditation Smile (I do hope it is 20k total, lol)

I got 4 and about 3200 steps. Forgot pedo the second half of the day. But I kept my sodium down-amazing!

Hello all!!

Steps for Thurs were 6523 and 4 points. I am in for the 20,000 steps for the weekend!!! Went to the Y this morning and did 2 miles and weights.

Good things for myself was that I calorie counted, no fast food, Y 3 times and spent time with my kids outside when we could!!!

Denise it is rest day on the squats, but 120 tomorrow!!! Holy hot buns!

Mothers Day dinner here tomorrow at my house. Getting the grill out.
I got beautiful red yellow and salmon colored roses from the kids!!! Made my day! Love them!
I think of their birth mother every year at this time. I know she is very happy to know they are safe and in a loving home!!!

Sun is shining and makes me happy!!!

Off to do something, not sure what.

HELLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO no I did not fall off the face of the earth, feels like it, but no......2 errands becacome 7 when everyone was calling and asking me to stop here and stop there can you grab this and grab that.....So as I was off anyway why not......

Laurie I am so in, floors ? but will do my best....
I have a wedding shower at noon to 3, then a stag and doe at night, lots of dancing , I love to dance you all know that. Yehawwwwwwww

tonight I was going to camp with hubby he has work to help the neighbour build a garage, but the weather turned cold and I have baby Lux overnight so no camp I will stay home with all the amenities and ALi (7) my great niece is staying over too she will help me babysit.....wow I have not had a baby overnight in well, gosh, 14 years hahahhahha should be interesting, I may be pulling a night shift here at home........
I am excited though I enjoy her around, I am getting too attached to the munchkin.................

Susan glad no squats today but I will also add in to attempt the 120 squats oMG I will have a better shaped butt for sure......

off ot make supper will check bk later, I posted this am and now I do not see my post ? weird,,, oh well that is technology...

Well, dinner with Dad has been cancelled. He is not feeling well. I finished my errands and am going to meet friends later. I think I will go to the Y and walk before time to meet them.

Denise, have a very fun evening. I'm glad your niece will be there to help. I hope the baby sleeps well so you can rest.

Denise , U and Sherry kept track of totals it was a team challenge North against South. I always wondered who won North or South?

There were no individual winners, I think top 4 deserve a little recognition tho!! Renee, Donna, Susan and Denise way to walkabout!!

Challenge is definitely whole weekend starting now! Floors are on fitbit and keep track of hills so 20,000 steps 40 floors or 500 stepups and 20 min meditation c,mon sass ,step,sass,stepup, sass, stare u got it!!!!!

Laurie, North won by a lot!!

North - 695 miles
South - 469 miles

In the South's defense, we had 2 people drop out...Cathy and Kristina and so it ended up 7 to 5. The average for team North was 99.2 and for team South was 93.8 miles per person. Pretty good, I think!!

Hey all Hello from Las Vegas...Food not so good... Drinks are going down really good.. vacation mode... But lots and lots I'd steps... Wedding in few.. will check in on Sun when I get back doing the spa thing tomorrow instead of a show ...good for me..lol...tty soon
