Morning, yup I am awake. I was suppose to be days , but called in to finish a night shift instead. on break saying hello................

Donna you can come walk also......

Todays challenge is to do try the standing 100's ! google on you tube if you do not know what I am talking about , it is standing abd crunches for your sides, they are not easy but work the sides very well.............start one on one side then switch and do as many as you can slowly till it burns and you cannot muster another one..............feel it, breath thru it.......you got this.

Morning All

Feel like I'm on a whirlwind... Boy oh boy I think I need a day off. LOL..

Anywho, Not many steps yesterday, we went to a friends grand opening of their bar, I wish them luck, just wouldn't want to own one... Its a 24-7 endeavor..

Steps - 5,041..

Denise - Ugh on the work out.. LOL... Nice add... will do them slowly and in sets....

Tonight meeting a friend at the gym.. Never worked out with her.. will see... Its always a bit nice when you have someone to go with.

Morning all-
Steps were 4893 for Wednesday.

Denise I will get er done!!!

Swim lessons this morning. Felt bad cuz we missed Tues since I had my head in the toilet.

Greg's interview went well yesterday and they basically told them there would be an offer for the position. He is pretty excited. Best thing of all, besides more money is that we get to stay here in Lincoln!!!

Denise hope you get a little rest today! Not sure how you do it!!!

Donna have fun at the gym. I go by myself when I go. Not sure what it is like to go with someone. I like the time alone and listen to my music since I listen to two soon to be 5 year olds all day!!LOL

Anyone have some good ideas for 5 year old birthday party ideas. We are doing the party at home this year. Really would love to rent a bounce house.

Morning Sistas! Grumpy this morning...I overslept by at least an hour & it t hrew my whole routine off...now that I'm reading this, it sounds funny cause "overlept by at least an hour" still got my up 1/5 hours earlier than I was doing last year!! Did get my morning stretch in; planned rest day for me so no abs but they are killers!

Susan-I wish Greg luck...crossing everything!

Donna-enjoy the workout with your friend. Where I gof for PT we've all gotten to know each other & all the therapists/trainers so while it's always a one-on-one session it feels like a group class.

Laurie-yeah, posting here til the end of the week & then switching works for me; I'm heading over there right now...WITH COFFEE!

Did not get abs done yesterday...so I AM going to double up today. Yesterday in am. I like that my muscles (ha!) hurt. And it feels trimmer...want that dress to look as best as can in july Smile

Afternoon!

Hope everyone is having a wonderful day. Enthusiastically jumped on the scale this morning and its still at 145 Smile so total lost is 35 lb. I may reset my goal for 135 but for now I'm going to concentrate on maintaining. Denise, you're right this is the hardest part!

Laurie - probably the most helpful part is having all of you here for support Very Happy oh, and portion control.

Standing 100's? I'm in. I told the bf my next goal is to get a 2-pack

Donna - have fun at the gym, sometimes having a buddy to work out with makes you work a little harder.

Susan - sounds like you're feeling better. I vote for the bouncy house. Beware though - adults really like them too Smile

Evening Sassies, 5 points and 14,431 steps for yesterday and since I was up early for work today and kinda tired I've decided to skip Zumba tonight but will get back to it all 3 nights next week.
Everyday above ground is a great day remember that--Pitbull from the song Time of my Life.
