Today is the day we all weigh in for the last time of this challenge. Woot woot I didn't gain!!! Lost .5 pounds. I'm ok with not being the sassiest!! As long as I am not a puffer anymoreLaughing

So we decided to keep posting here until Laurie starts a new challenge July 1.

We will do daily mini challenges to keep us going until then.

Today we are punching. Get in squat position and punch left, punch right. Punch fast to get heart rate elevated!!! See how many you can do in a day and then post here on Tues.

Someone can choose tomorrow challenge and post today so we know what to do when we wake in the morning!!!

Morning all,

Have been on total check out for two weeks and it is time for a swift kick in the booty. Even though I had walking etc, June 3-8, don't have a clue how many steps since my fit bit was done. Here is the run down since then.

16-2,638- this weekend was dealing with this stupid chest congestion and coughing again.

No big surprise I am up again and this time to the highest weight I have ever been. Just want to throw a fit with myself.

Was down to 238.8 this morning! Pretty excited about that. I only earned 4 points yesterday. Definitely took another rest day.

Morning sassies,

Good challenge I feel like punching something. Susan are u still doing ab challenge. I,m up and I started to berate myself but this is a good place to be to start my journey. This month I am really going to concentrate on not eating out of control at night. My three main goals will to have nights where I have a planned snack,other nights absolutely no eating after dinner ,then to actually journal when the monster arises.

This last week I have been breaking promises to myself and I dont want to go there again. I gained weight this month because my focus was on exercise not eating. Truly i exercise enough and I need to deal with the self sabotage of my eating patterns. I said I was going to plan three days and I never did. I forgive myself, I recognize what I did right, killer abs and move on.

Pam, None of us are perfect be kind to yourself.Fits justify eating. Have a sassy fit. Kick!

Good morning. We are about to board our plane and then no more internet.
My steps yesterday were 6501 and 3 points. I will do an exercise of my choice each day. Be back Friday.

Hi ladies 15,131steps ,2,716 calories burned,1.75 miles ,sodium 1,270 .so I'm happy where gong to keep this going I really like it I feel like its helped me a lot.and I can't wait for more .well did any one check out my post yesterday about the glucomannan I think it would help a lot of you guys with hunger and cravings.

Laurie, I have wimped on the AB challenge. It gives me head aches. I'll do crunches and that's about it. Since you are exercising more and burning more calories, maybe you need to increase your healthy caloric intake during the day. Just a thought. I am going to start eating cottage cheese and fruit for night snack or cottage cheese and yogurt. Love!!!

Laina I just looked up the glucomannan and I may give it a try!!

Just did 2 miles at the Y!!

Morning!

sorry I was mia the last few days - I was rolling around sonoma county in CA. Gosh that was fun! I obviously have zero points for yesterday but I didn't gain any weight - hooray!! My little pedo say I walked 10,145 steps yesterday, but I don't have any info for Friday or Saturday.

Morning Sassies! How can we be done already?!?!? We're not here yet & I've been waiting for all my sistas to arrive! I'm game for whatever cones next.
Shocked I lost 1 lb with the way I've been "frustration/fear" eating at night...have to cut that out. I've got the workouts down to what works...I think!

Sunday 4 and 1444 steps

Got abs, Monday strength and working on squat punches (50 so far). I hope to get some ellip time in too. Not much fruit in the house and cant get to the store until tomorrow so I have been eating from the pantry this weekend. Somehow I managed to stay the same weight even tho we had two birthday meals last week.

Off to get some breakfast.

Yay!!! My boss just gave me a pedometer!!! More like I asked if i could have hers since she's not using it! lol. We have a mother/daughter-like relationship so it's kool! hahahaha

Hey all

Down 1 lb... I will take it... I too have been up and down all month... Ugh... I think mine is more of the lazy sort of thing and giving in instead of thinking about it.

My goal next month, similar to everyone is to watch what I eat maintain what goes in the mouth...

Alright then.. Need to punch some more... LOL

This is not a diet, it is about a life journey, I am committed and I will succeed!

off to a new start today. I weighed in and am up 1.2 lbs I accept it, and am moving on down.

Goal as of this moment for me very important to tame the night monster (evening one)
sooooooooooo I will allow myself something as long as it is fresh , if I am to eat after dinner time then it will have to be fresh,,, as in fruit or veggies nothing, nothing from a bag, box or mix .........nuts will be accepted but measured............... from this moment for the next 7 days................. 7 days of focus is my goal then one week at a time.

off to do the chart and post the stats Sherry and I have keeping track the last two challenges..... back in a bit

Laina, I don,t like things that swell in my stomach. I eat whether I,m full or not. I want to get the CLA though. One of my trainer books recommended it too.

Also did anyone see the show with Dr.Oz FAST metabolism diet. U take a broccoli supplement to help with too much estrogen. I,m thinking I need that because broccoli has worked miracles for me.

Susan, I might need a little more planned protein calories.

Off to do my strength and abs. U inspired me anne.

Evening Sassies! I posted a thread for a mini-challenge for tomorrow...since Monica's gonna kill me tomorrow, I thought I'd share!
Today I did, so far:
50 punches
60 calf raises
60 abs
3 walks....

Now off to the grocery store for some healthy food.

Evening Sassies, I got in a short workout in this afternoon. I got off work at 3:15 and went to the gym and got 18 minutes on the elliptical. Steps for yesterday 10,060 and 5 pts.

Are we still going to post our steps and points since we are doing mini challenges for a few weeks.
Everyday above ground is a great day remember that--Pitbull from the song Time of my Life.
