Morning Sassies!!!! I'm up bright and early for work. Thank goodness we are only open for half a day. I am sooo tired. I guess stress is keeping me from having a good night's rest. I've felt like a zombie for days!!!!

Only 4 points yesterday. I'm bummed I didn't get the opportunity to work out. I worked, came home and fixed/ate dinner, then I had a meeting that lasted hours! Didn't get home to nearly 11. By then the treadmill was the LAST thing on my mind lol. O well. But I am proud that I did not go looking in the refrigerator late last night like I normally would. I do so well during the day but when night time hits I get the munchies. It really does help that I live alone and don't have to buy junk. If it doesn't come into the house then I can't eat it! Hahaha

Quitting is NOT an option!

Morning Sassies, Points for yesterday 5 and steps 11,858. I've got a busy day and not sure if I'll get another chance to check in today. I work 11-8 today then home to check a few things before being off to bed so not sure if I'll even bring the site up tonight.

Good Morning,

Yes, I am here and well.....well at least
Susan I am like you, seems like I ate everything in the house and then some this past week... Couldn't get ahold if it... I was eating right before bed, and still can't tell u why, just know truly not hungry just ate, and ate and ate some more... Today is a new day and I am stopping...

It was a very stressful week from running each night and eating out with wrong choices.... I truly dont know how you Moms do it day after day...

Ok, plan of attack... Leaving in one hour to hit the gym...then to the fruit market, then off to pick up bday gift and fathers day gift... Home. Lunch, which will be a ground chicken with veggies in a flat bread... Off to nieces for bday ..will bring turkey burger salad so I will eat correct with, watermelon for desert....

Wish me luck... Oh yeah. Water, water and more water since I know I haven't been drinking enough...Doubt

Sherry, I will get u steps either later afternoon or first thing tomorrow morning...
Denise, hope weather stays good for the rest of your camping trip and parties...

Laurie, I am always a even when I miss a day... Think I should try the Kahula in my coffee too. Yeah How's tennis going? Truly wish I could walk your mountains with you I picture them when u talk about going for as walk and it seems so picturesque..

Kat, stay strong don't overdo...happy for u than its nit your scoliosis...

Pam, how's hubby? And how are u doing?

Ok got to get ready to go to the gym... And work on those abs and legs..

I already said I was a puffer fish too. Is it in the air. Everybodys overeating at night. Are we getting enough protein during the day.

Danielle, Good on u for not rummaging fridge.

Donna, scary I bought Kaluha for my gf she does my hair today and wanted to make her famous drink. Vodka, kaluha and paul newmans lemonade with mint. Mint is a vege right? Also my hills that i walk thru locally are foothills and not that pretty. There rolling and full of endless trails tho and dog gets to roam off leash.

Sarah, It,s okay if u don,t check back. I give u permission,lol. It should be something u want to do not have to. So when its a have to take a breather.

I did half the situps yesterday. I had very few steps. Will have to log into fitbit. Ate pizza with son justified bad calories.

Off to tennis then hairdresser,coffeeplease, Lsurie

Forgot to check in yesterday. Also went over the last two days. Boo...

Went for a drive/hike with hubby yesterday for his bday. Was fun and got in double the steps I usually get. The temps were cooler in the mts and it was refreshing. Today it will only be about 93.

Not looking forward to the abs today!

yeh it let me on from my camp , the cloud moved. getting insteps will have to log em on here when I get home

gloomy today with a lite drizzle, people (26) coming around 2 ish hoping the rain stops....... oh well thank gosh for a big garage move party indoor if we must

well before it kicks me off have a great Saturday Smile

keep fighting the food monster my friends, I have sword in hand and ready to hayaaaaaaa the monster if he shows near me again........

Me not so sassy yesterday-3111 steps and 2 pts. Strgth and veges.

I already have 13,200 steps today so I,m back. Now if Denise just slays that monster all will be good. Laurie

Have 10K from the gym and shopping so hope to have a good ending of a good start of the day..

No "carb" monster tonight.. please...

Ok, have a good day and night... going to Nieces in a bit and need to take a shower. LOL..

Hey everyone!!

Woo Hoo!! I am busy packing! I am leaving in the morning for Atlanta, GA. My friends and I will spend the night there and fly out on Monday morning to Cancun, Mexico. Denise will finish the totals and post the winners. I will be back on Friday evening. I probably won't have any access to a computer while gone. I will miss you all like crazy. I will try to stay on track and will get in lots of steps and cardio in the pool and the ocean. I will use the gym at the resort to keep doing my strength training and I will continus with the ab challenge.

My steps for Friday were 7487 and 5 points.

Be good and stick to your goals!! Love you all!!

Ugh posted and poof, gone. Again no steps or points for Friday. Today my mood has shifted. Went to the gym this morning and grocery shopped. I don't want to be a puffer anymore.

Donna and Laurie, I slayed the evil monster. Can't say it has an even more evil twin.

Sherry have a marvelous time in Cancun. We went last year and had a great time.

Is it really the last feed days of the challenge?

What's next?
