Wow! Never thought I would ever be the one to start the thread lol. Well yesterday was great. Earned 5 points and had my first program here at the library. I do genealogy work and kids and their parents/grandparents put together a family book. It was really fun.

Good morning sassies so my abs are so so so sore .31,570 steps,4,506 calories burned,5 miles ,sodium 1,435 and 5 points .

I just had a library patron comment on how much I've slimmed down. She said she remembers how I looked when I first started working here. She said that I looked great. I really needed that because sometimes I feel so low. I always think that I look the same as I did when I was nearly 300 pounds!

Congrats sassies,

U are bringing it. Last night I walked the dog in the hills and around the neighborhood. I kicked butt too. My abs have recovered now shoulders and double abs today oooooohhh!

Donna, Last nite I had steak, gr beans and kale with basalmic vinegar. It was satisfying. That,s half the battle.

Denise, Fed the monster an organic choc bar and he was satisfied too. I,m weaning him down to just walking.

Susan, How,s camping and abs?

Sherry, Did u catch up?

Sarah, My body aches form trying to keep up with you and denise.

Kat here,s the coffee. I keep falling asleep during my voice tape. I,m thinking usher and blakes two made it, am I right?

Hello hello- Gahhhh! I am so glad to be home from camping. It's hard work. Did pretty well food wise yesterday. Although i gained a pound. Ugh

Steps were at least 3000 but don't know the total since I took it off cuz it kept falling off and I was frustrated. I think my husband got me a fit bit for my bady!! Woot woot!

I only had 1 point for exercise. Didn't track or get all f/v for the day!

I did go out for a 3.5 mile bike ride yesterday. Wow my butt is sore tho.

Laundry and house cleaning. Still need to get a father's day gift. Think I need a nanny so i can just go when I want. LOL so much drama when it's errands time.

Have a great day all. Watching The Voice tonight so don't say who got booted. If you do type SPOIL ALERT SPOIL ALERT!!!!!

Good morning Sassies! Did a totally unexpected spur-of-the-moment thing last night...since the pharmacy where I needed to go to pick up a prescription is right across the street from my neighborhood local...I walked over for a beer or 3!!Had a blast seing friends I hadn't seen in a while & enjoyed being out for only the 2nd time this year!! Body's not complaining now, & hope it stays that way. Light beer does the trick...still stayed within calorie range. Oh yeah, this was after Monica absolutely KILLED me in pt Wednesday afternoon & really worked trying to get a sore spot out of my right hip.

Afternoon!

Almost the weekend Smile Finished my jogging yesterday and now my knee is sore but I have one more day to complete the week. I'm doing the C25K program and am on week 2. 5 points for yesterday and 6715 steps. Tomorrow is a travel day (again) for me but I'll be in Sonoma, CA for a couple of days - wine tasting again Very Happy
Already calculated the weight increase but its all good and I promised myself I would drink 1 glass of water for every glass of wine. Our offices in Northern CA love to show off their neck of the woods.

K, back to work. Will check in later. And yes, I agree San Juans's are my first choice too. We are looking at Lopez Island

Laurie--Just wait until I get my 4 week plan from Christian then I'll really be hard to keep up with. His Women's Total Fit Class workouts are great but getting boring so can't wait to see what he has in store for me.

Susan, I need a nanny, and I don't even have kids living with me, just the grands visiting. Whew! I love Taylor, but I am glad to have some me time.

Renee, I would love to go to CA for a wine tasting. There are several good wineries here in Alabama.

Evening Sassies! Just about ready to head for home. Planned rest day for me, so all I have to do tonight is my stretching routine, already got walks in. Plana to continue doing what I've been doing all afternoon...listening to & singing along with my favorite Little Big Town cd...no, I can't sing!

Danielle-what to you do at your library? I run acquisitions, ordering everything the bills; nice for me since I usually end up first on the request list!

Evening teamies,

Did my strength but not my abs. I guess my ab challenge just got longer cuz I,m taking 2 rest days. Go Anne! It was my last day working at the 55+ community. The girls took me out for wings and a beer. It,s a maintenance kind of day going to bed early.

Got the plank done and 35 crunches and 20 leg lifts. I am done! I won't make it through this challenge. My Abs are soooooo weak.

Oh no, then I for sure won't make it either. I did do my abs today, but this is just my first week.
