1) 3 sets 12 reps seated overhead presses
3 sets 12 reps lateral raises
3 sets 12 reps air bike
3 sets crunches any type

OR

Do ab exercises 3 minutes straight. 1 min Shoulder shrugs. Focus on muscles using. Visualize releasing the weight of the world.
