How about working the legs!!

warm up and do 30 sec knee ups. With bent arms put out in front of you and raise right knee up and left knee up for 30 sec. Then for 30 more sec lift knee to opposite side and repeat on other side..

Now our hips are loosened. Here we go

Squats for 1 minute. Focus on your posture and squeeze as your rear as you come up. Do what you can for one minute

Stationary lunges. Do 15 on each side

lastly let's do Hip lifts. Lay on floor with legs bent and raise your hips. Squeeze your rear as you go up. Do as many as you can in one minute.

Sexy legs!!

Hello everyone!!

I am home! I didn't get in last night until 10:30 and I was exhausted. It was midnight before I got to bed so I slept this morning until 10:15.

I have read through Sunday and Monday's post and am going to make some coffee and read the rest of the week. I'll be back a little later to let you know where we are on our journey.

It's good to be home.

Afternoon Sassies, 5pts for yesterday and 10,908 steps. My legs are still sore from Thursday's leg day at the gym. I can only imagine what my legs and whole body will feel like after I get my workouts from Mica and Christian.

Whew!! Catching up took a while!!

Laina, thanks for sharing the recipe. I have had something similar, but will try yours. I love to try new things. I am also thinking of taking the CLA, since I have to take thyroid medicine and it mentioned that it was good for thyroid patients.

Anne, Cancun is a wonderful vacation spot. This is the third time I have been and I will definitely go again, if possible.

Susan, LOVE the new photo. Thanks for thinking about me while I was gone.

Kat Don't worry! We are still on our walking journey and will be going to your hometown as soon as we reach Anne's.

Danielle, YAY!! Glad you got a pedometer. Congrats onbeing #1 in weight loss. Losing those lbs is better than a Grammy, anyday!!

Renee, How is the bf surving the floods. Are they close to where you live? Is your home in danger?

Donna, I have never seen a chiropractor, but I probably need to. My son and dil say they are great.

Laurie, Aqualene! That is great. I would never have thought of that, but was thinking Aquarius. I hope Danielle will tell us, cause it's making me really want to know. LOL!!

Denise, I hope you feel better soon!!

Sarah, the new workouts will be a breeze for you. You got this!!

Pam, Hope all is well with you! I miss you!

Congrats to the top steppers, top losers and those who are morphing!! I thought of you all each day as I exercised. I will not weigh until Monday. Hopefully I will be settled back in by then.

My steps for the week were:
Mon - 16,862
Tues - 7455
Wed - 11,141
Thur - 9263
Fri - 9795
This will be my best week ever!!

Since everyone was posting their birthdays, mine is January 7.

Have a wonderful evening!

Evening all,

Steps yesterday were 5,339. Just synced my fitbit and steps for today are 11,080.

Have been moving and shaking all day today. I started off this morning with a mile walk on the treadmill after morning coffee. Then it was off to pick up the new saltwater filtration system for the pool, then I went to look at another car and have about decided I am keeping what I have. Back home for a few minutes and took daughter shopping for more summer clothes. So fun for me that she is finally getting interested in clothes, etc. Then it was off to the grocery and home, now I am going to kick back and rest for a bit.

Vacation bible school starts tomorrow night so will be an eventful week.
