Hello just back from the gym..

200 punches and squats..
2 Miles on TM
2 Mile on Bike
20 Sit Ups
50 modify push ups..

Off to take a shower... Boy do I need it... LOL..

TTY Tomorrow.

K, back on track. 50 punches 25 crunches and 5 whole pushups. I'm going for a walk a little later then its off to bed.

steps for Sunday- 8440 and didn't 3 points.

2 miles at the Y today, shoulders and back weights. Then went out and played 9 holes of golf with my daughter and brother. I am beat!

250 punches is all I have. 50 I did out on the golf course! LOL

steps today 8568. and 5 points. Nighty night
