Good morning, Sassies!!

Wow! It's 9:00 and no one has posted yet. I can't believe it!

I am getting ready to leave for Atlanta and then on to Cancun tomorrow. I will miss you all greatly!

Steps for Saturday were 5167 and 5 points.
I lost 3 lbs this week and I will try not to gain it back on my trip. There will be lots of healthy choices, if I will just make them. LOL!!

Everyone have a great week and I will be back on Friday.

Hi everyone 27,850 steps,4,362 calories burned,4.66 miles ,1,715 sodium and 5 points .well this is week 4 of 4 so what now when will be the next challenge? And where do we post when there isn't a challenge? Well I went food shopping yesterday and I tryed something new well new for me and I wanted to share it with you guys so I use mission fat free tortillas and foster farms southwestern seasoned chicken Breast strips 97%fat free and pre cooked and 2% milk reduced fat cheddar jack cheese shredded put all that on a plate and heated it up in the microwave then put sliced lettuce ,cherry tomatoes red and yellow ones ,cilantro and fat free cucumber ranch and honey mustard vinaigrette dressing spray I like safeways the best .it was the best chicken wrap I have ever had and like only 300 calories .i wanted to share that because I don't really like to try new things even if its just food but I thought yesterday I will try something different today .i hope some of you try it and you will love it to I love it so much I had it for lunch two days row .

I forgot to post yesterday Fridays 35,210 steps ,5,311 calories burned 4.54 miles 1,275 sodium ,and 5 points I also wanted to tell you guys about two things I take I saw the posts about late night eating well I take glaucomannan or its called Konjac root it's all natural helps with cholesterol levels ,regularity ,and promotes feeling of fullness it swell up 17 times its size I love It i take it about 1 hour before meals and eat only about a quarter of what I did before .i also take CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) made from safflower oil the one I take I get at Walmart ab cuts CLA belly fat formula it also has omega 3 fish oil,borage oil,flax seed oil,sesame seed oil,vitamin E it's the only one that I have found that has CLA and that stuff as well so CLA helps fight belly fat reduces overall body fat by shrinking fat cells helps lean tissue enhancement and lean muscle mass and breaks down adipose tissue fat and transfers that energy to lean muscle mass .when I first started taking it I lost 7 inches of my belly in month and 30 inches all over .any way I thought I would tell you guys about these so if you would like to get them you can .

Sherry have a great time! Hubby wants us to go sometime for a vacation. Let me know all about it, I am hesitant, lol.

I got my abs done yesterday and 45min on the ellip.

3 and 3546 steps for Saturday.

Afternoon Sassies, Steps for yesterday 13,370 and 5 points. I have a suggestion why don't we post to the group if we aren't going to have a new challenge start right away. We have that group page this is just sitting there.

How about we start a new challenge July 1 but in the mean time let's do mini daily challenges. Example: See how many jumping Jack's in a day, squats, push ups, lunges,crunches, ect. That will help stay or at least me stay motivated til New challenge starts. Yes,no,maybe?

Evening sassies,

I can start a challenge anytime it,s not a problem. I went to tennis this morning. I,ll make July 1st the start date then if you have any family or friends that want to start, we can add them. We can post here until challenge starts and if u are in running for the sassiest winner make sure u weighin tomm!! I didnt realize it was already week 4 my menopause is getting worse.

Ha Laurie I know what you mean!!!

I vote for July 1 New start and then just post here until then. I'll do the mini challenges daily til then unless others want to cone up with an exercise!!!

Hey All -

I vote... Stay here til July 1st then move on to the next month..

Til then - Susan, I like the challenge thing.. My only suggestion is we throw out the challenge the night before, so that we all know what tomorrow hold for us... Anyone can throw it out there.... And if everyone carries forward... It is a doable, keep on track kind of day... LOL

Forgot if I posted steps... So..

Saturday: 13,150

Hope that everyone had a very HAPPY FATHERS DAY!!!

Any suggestions for tomorrow? Anybody? Who wants to throw something out there....

Ok off to do the ab challenge.. Will check back in Morning or later to see what tomorrow may hold.... LOL..

Monday challenge: ok I will throw in the first punch!! Get in squat position and punch right punch left. Punch fast and get your heart pumping!! Count as you go and do what you can in your day!!!

When complete then post next day. If you have highest number, you pick for next day!!!
