Wow two days in a row!!! Lol. I am feeling really great this morning. I jumped on the scale this morning just to see where I'm at before the weekend starts.I was sooo happy to see 239.6!!! That's my new low! Back in April my low was 239.8. After vacation and the tragic death of my best friend, I gained about 12 pounds. I am just so happy to be back on the right track. Hopefully I will never see the 240s again!!!!

As for yesterday, I earned 5 points! My abs are killing me!!!! lol

Rest day! Well deserved other than we still hav our abs! Busy at work today.

Danielle, Hoot Hoot forward motion it is. No reason to go back.

Denise, Ru at camp? I,m worried longest I havnt heard from u in awhile?

My steps for Thursday were 5712 and only 4 points. The margarita put me over on my calories.

Laurie, when you posted yesterday, you forgot steps and points. LOL!! I had to start posting them first thing, cause I was forgetting so much. Our old brains just don't work like they used to, do they? Oh, to be young again... LOL!!

TGIF Sassies! My mantra for today is: I do NOT have sciatica! Took a planned rest yesterday so today I'm back to everything...with great caution. At PT on Wednesday Monica & I tried to re-figure my home workout schedule so I'm more consistant & also added more stretches.

ok hello I am alive.....I thought I could ge ton here yeterday or Wed but nooooooooo so at neighbours borrowing a cup of ineternett so I can say hi to my sassies......

I am well it it shubby bday wkend and for osme reason my cell will not let me on to say hi



glad to know I have sassies who care...... I am down a smidge.....staying busy getting rready for tomorrow.....

watching the amounts going in me mouth too... you have all been busy. good to see

hello hello...............i swore I posted this morning. Ha guess not.

Like SHerry said oh to be young again.

Busy day No points or steps. Forgot pedometer all day yesterday and today. Ugh Ate myself to puffsville today! So bloated..............hmmmm wonder why........gah

So I got this CD for my daughter. It is a boy band Big Time Rush from Nickelodeon. She giggled and giggled when she opened it. I made her day. She has not stopped dancing and singing. So cute.

Well enjoy the rest if the night, what is left of it!!

I have a question. Why do I do so well one week and then sooooo bad the next. Why can't I be good every week. I feel much better. Right now I feel like a puffer fish!!
