Good Morning All -

Feeling good... Hope that everyone has a WONDERFUL Day!!

Have a date with bff at the gym tonight... Need to get back on track...

Made my breakfast and lunch are ready to go... Dinner Grilled Chicken, Grilled Veggies and Sweet Potato... Will do good today...

Denise - Up North, back deck is almost done, have the flat part another coat when I get up there changed the color from light to darker and you can see some of it through.. so It will be another paint day for me sometime in July most likely... LOL... Then need to move on to the front deck... Work is never done...

Laurie - I've seen Kale, just don't know what to do with it or know if I would like it...

Susan - Hows camp going? I love the picture of your kids swimming... My they are growing up fast...

Pam - Good news with Hubby, hope the infection doesn't linger for him... Now take care of him and you...

Sherry - Thanks for updating us on whee we have been and need to go... It truly is amazing when you see those type of numbers.

Renee - You do travel alot, do you have the same places that you hit each time or do you go all over?

Anne - Hows the weather? 100 was that this week? When does it go down to comfortable for you?

Kat - Looks like you've been busy, hows PT do you feel better?

Hello all and good morning-

I am back at home for a few to let the dog out. Only 20 min from the campsite. It would be a great time but I was miserable all evening. I normally don't have allergies, but I guess I do now. I sneezed and my eyes were watery and the flood gates in my nose were flowing. So was I allergic to the beer I was drinking or the massive pollen in the air? I vote pollen, it would be a shame to be allergic to beer. LOL

The tooth fairy came to the campsite last night. Yep Lizzy lost tooth #2. So cute.

Well better get a few things and back out. Kids are going for a boat ride. Ugh makes me nervous. Oh well they have life jackets and know how to swim for the most part!

Need to do better with food choices today. Didn't do horrible last night other than the beers.

Steps 4944 and 2 points for Tues

Morning sassies,

The ab challenge is unbeleivable about 10 min of pain. I can do everything but leg lifts. I did 18 leg lifts and the rest reverse crunches then I was feeling guilty how crazy is that. I should celebrate the 120 situps I csn do. Denise, I let the monster get me again. I feel ,why?

Susan,Your definitely allergic to pollen,beer never!! Although they have gluten free or organic beer. Stick with what u know margaritas. I,m envisioning u doing ab exercises in a tent.lol

Donna, Need help with that deck. I,m good with color.

Did my strength, 4 pts. Over on cals, 7410. Steps

Ya, I cant do the situp yet, to much gut. And those leg lifts kill!! Glad today was rest day too.

I got my strength done for today. It is hubby bday to we are grilling tonight. That should help make up for dessert, lol.

Hi sassies 39,979 steps ,4,825 calories burned ,9 miles,sodium 2,070 5 points .so I tried my new leslie DVD yesterday
And I loved it so much she just makes me so happy I love working out with her .i can't wait to get. More of her DVDs.

Morning sassies! Earned 5 points yesterday. I got in a pretty good workout walking with a bag full of groceries (which included a watermelon!). That thing was heavy! lol.

Morning,

up and out the door this am errands done, health store run, got meds good to go.

Steps Tues = 20,466 points =3

Laurie omg it was at my house too..... did you kick it out and then it came back here, OKKKKKKKKK time to think why, I believe mine is cause I did not drink enough water......so today will be more conscious on drinks (healthy) before the food goes in the mouth.......hummmmmmmmmma glass of water before each snack or meal...... come on we can beat this dumb stage we are NO we were in, onto better control....................

Susan I vote pollen too...... Smile don't worry they have life vests on , boating is good......
I know we want to bubble wrap our kids, as I did also, as I see my son go flying on motorbike over a jump and I think ughhhhhhhhhhhh and don't look.....then he is ok, but they make my heart jump still KIDSSSSSSS

can your dog go with you guys?

Laina good cleaning steps, girl you work hard..... Smile how is the walking with daughter going?

Donna I would paint with you...... camp always work to do but it is good to stay busy.....

I ordered a fitness watch that should arrive today. I thought it had a pedometer but it doesn't. So I have to get one somewhere.

HappyHump Day Sassies! Once again June gloom this morning but I love it...nice & cool for working out!
Had a GREAT night last night...killer PT session with Monica, really stretched & more resistance for leg work, then home & watched The Voice...& BOTH my favs made the final 3!! Then caught the basketball score & San Antonio Spurs just killed the Miami Heat...I'm definitely pulling for the Spurs!

TOTALS FOR TUESDAY:

Steps-5370---beat the 5000 mark!!

Donna-oh yes, work is a four letter word! PT is gonig great; I'm making progress...more flexibliity & now doing heavier resistance. Nowhere near where I want to be, but at least I can see the difference.

Anne-we're on our way to your place...& that's a long walk! Hope the temperature goes down some.

Hello everyone!

We have the same plan today as yesterday. We will spend 2 hours at the Y.
Taylor is going to my other son's tonight for 3 nights. She will have a great time with his 3 girls. I will do strength tonight after I take her to meet dil at church. I love her so much, but I am ready for a break LOL!!

Steps for Tues were 5202 and 5 points. Wish I knew how many steps I made in the pool...

I will catch up on the post tonight.

Evening Sassies, Steps for yesterday 14,224 and 5 points. Got in yet another awesome Women's Total Fit Class workout today I have 3 that I'm alternating between and mixing up the days on those too. I can't wait until Christian has my 4 week workout plan ready and I told him to make sure the queen of legs helps with the leg part of my workouts.

Evening!

Not too much to report from this end of the world. BF drove down to meet me and brought a fresh supply of clothes Smile. I'll be stateside again next week then hopefully headed back home, although we are looking for a summer rental either here or in the San Juan's.
Steps for yesterday 7115 and 5 points, boy this strength training is hard on the road.

Okay I walked Gwen tonight to get in more steps and now my foot hurts. My tennis shoe grabbed the joint in the outside middle of my foot ouch!
