Morning, back at the office today after a long weekend, steps yesterday were 5,743. Hubby's abdominal scan from Friday came back clear and the procedure yesterday went as well as good be expected; for now just waiting for pathology on the polyp they found (dr. feels all is well) and is now treating the horrible colon infection that was revealed by the test.

Maybe now I can quit stressing so much. Time to get this desk cleared off otherwise I might drown in paper today, lol!

Have a good day!

Good morning! Just got back from the grocery store. I had to laugh at myself because some people get a high over drugs and alcohol. I, on the other hand, get a high from buying fresh fruit and produce! I'm so weird lol.

As for yesterday, I earned 5 points. Still going strong with the weight training. Even with the increased reps it's still too easy. I guess next week I will increase my weight! Ugh!!! Gonna be sore! lol

Reposting from last night-

My goals for June are to continue to get the points each day, to have at least 5000 steps, and as of yesterday, to do the ab challenge each day.

*** According to the totals I have right now, we have passed Susan's hometown and are 129 miles on the way to Anne's. It is 988 miles from Susan's to Anne's, so we have a long way to go.

Laina, Where is it that you live again?

Laurie, just realized we were posting at the same time. What does a life coach do, and are they expensive?

Laurie I eat 1 oz sharp cheddar cheese and low fat triscuits almost every morning for breakfast and I lost 3 lbs this week. So instead of evening time eat it in the morning! lol Also back when I was on the Metabolic diet, i had cheese then too and I lost 25 pounds. But again it was in the morning.

Arms strengthening is done. Going to quick do my AB challenge before I go camp. Don't want to do it out there with the horrible noises I make, the campers may think I am a wildabeast!! Ha

My oldest and I are planning on taking a run out at the campsite!!

Have a great evening and I will check in when I come let the dog in and out!

Evening Sassies, I had 5pts yesterday and 11,902 steps. Got in a great workout again and Christian wasn't sure what I wanted in the way of a workout plan so now he knows I want a 4 week plan and I told him when it came to leg workouts I wanted Mica his woman to help with that she is the leg queen in this area.
