Good morning sunshines !!!!!!!!!!!!! yup .........up and atter sleepy heads. Time to make the coffee, brush the teeth and start your day..........However you chose. Take time today to look in the mirror and the lady starring back at you, thank her, yes thank her for taking time to care enough to be a sassy and each and every day to try to live a healthier life!!!!!!!!!

Good morning! Got up early to get in some weight training and cardio on the treadmill. Now i'm ready for breakfast and a long day at work. I'm feeling great!

Oh yea, i earned 5 points yesterday! Spent an hour on the treadmill and got in some weight training. I am very proud of my veggie intake. This challenge is awesome!

Morning teamies,

It,s chest and bicep day. I also put susans ab challenge in photos. So today is a rest day on abs and I just started that yesterday.

Susan, Dont know if I can do but sure going to try when u did squats everyday did u make final totals?

Abs u can do most everyday so feel free to join in sassies.

I got my new fitbit on and took gwen in hills I have 12 floors I,m a happy girl.

5 pts and 6641 steps

Work and tennis, its another beautiful day in hood. Planted my flower containers one with herbs.

Morning, awake, 4 hrs sleep, and am ansy time to get up and walk...hip sore last night sitting too long so moving will be good

Laurie Susan I have made a sheet with all the June days and have incorporated the squats month with the abs challenge, for me you know it is standing one 100's or laying down side abs.....either way (modify ladies if you have to ) there is no shame in taming things down or simplifying if need be, the goal is to try whatever you can try......nothing is mandatory but all is take what works for you and fly with it.....

anyway I have example today is rest day LOL ..but
but todays legs r 3 x 12 squats/calf raises/lunges

tomorrow for me is
30 crunches -12 leg lifts each side- 20 second plank & I
and each day is different # and totals and your all over the board messing up your muscles so I am incorporating a wide rang of things.....

off to mix it up Smile

PS can we redo weigh in today hahahhah I lost that lb gained...go figure....... Smile

Happy Sassies! I added today's strength in with my am pt so that's done. Did some cardio last night while watching The Voice & trying to decide who to vote for.

So, didn't go on my run but I did get in a 30 mile bike ride to the beach. Another beautiful day here so I'm going to try that run again today.
5 points and 6404 points.

Hello Sassies!!

It's a beautiful day here in the "Ham" (Birmingham) LOL!! I have a doctor's appt this afternoon. I'm not sick, just need new prescriptions. I will run a few errands while out and then I have to clean, clean, clean!! I am going to get my "stuff" out of storage. I have been paying for 2 years and think it's time to use it or lose it! When I moved in with Dad, I put most of my stuff in storage and have been using his. My stuff is nicer and it is time to downsize to fit this house. It will be like Christmas, opening the boxes to see what's inside.

Steps for Monday were 6233 and 5 points.

I am confused about the ab challenge...I thought we started with day 1 yesterday. Are we going by the date or the day we started?

Danielle, I love the veggie challenge too!! I am starting to crave fruits and veggies. Go figure...

Ok, I can see why I forgot sat, it was a bad day

Sat 3 and 715 steps
Sun 3 and 4804 steps
Mon 3 and 4927 steps

The sodium and f/v points are getting hard for me. Time to rerere...focus, lol.

Late start today so already feeling behind planning what I will put off till tomorrow. Who knows, maybe I will get it done today.

Yesterday I did find a dress for my son's wedding. So relieved. I actually like it too. It was so hard to find something that was not sequins and sparkles. And since the dress is two sizes smaller than what I normally wear I need to make sure to stay on top of myself and not gain!

Hello hello- Missed my morning hello to you all!! Internet went down and I was in a rush to go reset it!! Last night I had the evening alone. Got home about 8:30 after an evening at my parents and the kids spent the night. So what did I do you ask? I did a 5K on the treadmill and did my ab challenge and push ups!!! this morning I went back to the gym and got 2 miles in and weights rotation!!! Got my shoulders and back, legs and arms done.

Sherry we go by date on the ab challenge. Today is day 4 so rest day!!! Last month I did the squat challenge but missed a few of the days!

Day 2 of cabbage veggie soup for lunch!!! Yummy.

Tomato's peppers, cucumbers, and sweet potato plants are all coming along in the garden. I have yet to buy the pink purple and red petunias for my deck pots!!

T-ball start this weekend for the kids. Should be lots of fun. So rain stay away!!!

steps for Monday- 8678 and 4 points I didn't track but know my sodium was in check!!!

off to finish laundry

Anne, I am so glad that you found a dress!! When is the wedding? I forgot...

Susan, you know me...I stay confused most of the time. LOL!! I will do days 2 and 3 today and will skip the rest day, so I can be up with you all.

Doctor visit went well and I stopped by the Freshfully Market and bought some beautiful strawberries and some grainless granola. It only has nuts, seeds and fruit.,,Very yummy!!

Gotta get busy!

Evening Sassies, 5 pts for me yesterday and 15,151 steps. How much longer til you guys get here? I have a kick butt workout planned and will post here when you all get here.

Good Evening Sassies.....

I thought I was back Surprised
I am back at my "FUEL INTAKE & WEIGHT TRAINING" I am not logging my "FUEL" as I pretty much know where I stand with my portions, but I admit I "MUST" get back at it, Weighing & Measuring is IMPARATIVE!!! I just haven't been able to get back to my routine of checking in! Shock I am finding that I do not have enough time in the day!!! It has been either check in or get my PROPER SLEEP REQUIREMENTS.....Its a no brainer....... SLEEP WINSExclamation Exclamation Exclamation To be honest though, I have a 30-40 minute, one way, ride to the gym. So that's over an hour of my day, which would normally be my check in time. Ahhhhh...he joys of being home.....long travel times to get any where Rolling Eyes

I hope all is well for all of you. I think I need a rainy day here in western ny, so I can sit at the computer and catch up on all of your going's on.
