Good Morning All

No, I'm not going to bed, just getting up....

We are all joining Susan today... In squats.... calf raises do the legs some good...

As we all say, Its your journey, you get out of it what you put into it..

Yesterday got home, had a headache, went to bed not high steps, but I owe it.... 4,591.. 4 points, storms woke me up, Thunder was just a rolling.. Was fun to watch, but didn't help the head much..

Ok, off to get ready for work... Hope everyone has a wonderful day...

So what is everyone up to today, what are you going to do today just for you...

This is not a diet, it is about a life journey, I am committed and I will succeed!

Good Morning Girls Smile

I posted my weigh in...Eekkkkkkssss!
No surprise tho.....I knew my weight went up. TO MANY calories in and none out, no cardio or weight training for over 10 days = WEIGHT GAINExclamation Exclamation Exclamation
I am back and on track. It will take a couple days to adjust to my regular
"FUEL INTAKE REGIMINE" but I am sooo ready!!!

I am sore from yesterdays workout. I actually felt it last night Shock That tells me I was away from the gym for far to long. Yesterday I took a 45 minute total body sculpt class, 1 hour of weight training (chest & tri day for me) and then a 45 minute zumba class. All of which I totally enjoyed! It felt good to bust a sweat and push my muscles. Today is just a H.I.I.T. day for me. I am a little disappointed at this gym facility though! They DO NOT have a spin bicycle in the public cardio room, there fore I am going to have to try to modify a stationary bicycle to do my H.I.I.T. on, and if I can not make that work, I am going to have to go to spin class and do my own thing, which WILL NOT be fair to the instructor or the class participants, but a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do!!! I MUST GET MY TRAINING IN!!! I have a commitment to myself and my trainer, and I WILL NOT FAIL! Not to mention my Daughter In Law to be is having her Bridal Shower in 3 weeks, and I already have my dress, It fits perfectly, I jut want my waist as thin as it can be, and my tummy as tight as it can be.

On another note.......
Our journey north was eventful.....
We had another trailer tire blowout! It was sooo scary!!! When we got to my Mothers, we replaced all the trailer tires. So now we have new tires on the dually, the trailer and Keith even has new tires on his bicycle. I am going to need new ones on my bicycle before to long, as my tread is starting to peel off the tire. WOW.........I believe we have had a tires issue the past month or so!
We found my Mother in better mental health then in the fall. Which was a BIG surprise given her seizure disorder and mental issues. I believe it is due in part to her new four legged friends. They have given her more purpose and attention. "THANK YOU" Jake & Lil' Bit for coming into my Mothers life.....she needed you!
It was beautiful in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The smell of the spring air was welcoming.

The weather here in upstate NY has been pretty depressing the past few days! It has been cloudy & rainy...YUKK!!! The forecast says it is supposed to turn around and get nicer by weeks end. I sure hope so, because I NEED/WANT to see the SUNSHINE!!! Thank God Keith & I were able to get in a couple 15 mile bike rides on the Erie Canal before the weather turned upside down. All the fields are plowed and the farmers have the tomatoes planted. We could even see some corn sprouting up. I hope that is a sign of Spring/Summer is here to stay.

All in all.....It feels great to be back home! Our children all have summer adventures planned. The Grandchildren grew so much over the winter. A couple of them even lost some teeth. Jillian lost all 4 front teeth, poor girl, I asked her if she can eat an apple, and she said "Nof To Gool Granmaa" poor girl cant even get her words out. Its kinda cute though. I look forward to a summer of "Fun & Play Time". There is a new 27 foot boat in the family, so I see a lot of tubing on Lake Ontario as well Cool

I think I have covered all the bases.
I am sooo excited to back with my "Sassies" Wink
I have missed all of you tonsExclamation Exclamation Exclamation

Have A Beautiful & Blessed Day...Muahhh

Morning sassies,

Sorry for not checking in yesterday, spent most of the day waiting for a tow truck to take my car to the dealer. UGH!!! From the sounds or lack thereof, I believe the transmission has bit the dust. By the time I got back from the dealer my head was spinning. Make the family a quick supper and collapsed on the couch.

My steps for Monday were 4,058 and yesterday 5,368. Right now I am not counting daily points, just can't add anything else to my plate right now.

Susan I will join you for a few squats today Smile that much I can handle.

Waiting for the hubby to get back from the doctor so I can take his truck into the office.

Will try and catch up later this afternoon on all the posts that I have missed.

Good Morning friends!!!

We made it to Colorado about 4:30 yesterday. Kids did great for a 8 hour drive!!!

Not very many steps yesterday. 3414 and 2 points.

Today my husband will work while we go swimming and later today we are going on a train ride in the mountains!! We went last year on Mothers Day and the kids had a blast!! My son is obsessed with trains!!!

The rain needs to go away and the sun to come out and warm the day!!!
I think bad weather follows us! Ugh

I did well for breakfast(oatmeal with raisins and walnuts, scrambled eggs) I tend to eat poorly when we go on vacation!!! And it was free!

Sleep well sleepy heads! I don't miss the night shift AT ALL!!

Squats and calf raises it is!!!

Until later....................cya

Earned 5 points yesterday. My sodium was 1867, I worked out my biceps and back and then walked on the treadmill for 30 mins. I'm still feeling great!

Morning teamies,

Squats, calf raises, and you conveniently forgot the lunges. Lunges are killers. Or stepups to exhaustion on a curb, aerobic step, or stair. Yesterday I got a high five ate b words broc, barley, bananas. I did walk dog and bike with son for 30 min. Did strength for Mon and tues so I could have an extra point.

Susan, I forgot u were on vacation. Enjoy the train ride. Woooohoooo!

It is pouring down rain here!! Grass is so green!

Denise and Laina, Sleep my beauties, deep sleep!

Off to senior center for me and I hope I have a good day with them.

Kat, who got voted off voice, missed?

Pam, U are capable of much more Miss Sass. Good job on eating the veges.

Sunshine, U r definitely back full force.

Sherry, Missing you,roomie.

Donna, I think I will take a little 10 min meditation for me today. Paint my toes, too.

I need coffee and sunshine, Laurie

Good morning Sassies & Happy Hump Day...already! Didn't have PT last night since my therapist was on her way home from Kansas, so...1st thing I did when I got home was do pt strength in addition to my regular stretch...and then danced through The Voice. Feel good this am.

TOTAL FOR TUES:
Points-5
Steps-4839
Squats-90

Ugh, more squats...& calf raises. Ok, I'm in.

Sandra-I HATE tire blowouts. By bro had one about 5 years ago & totaled the truck & trailor. Glad you're ok & had a good time.

Pam-I guess I've been lucky...in all the cars I've owned I've never had one blow a trans.

Susan-send rain

Laurie-Judith & Sarah got voted off The Voice. Was kinda surprised about Judith, but never really warmed up to Sarah. GO TEAM BLAKE!

Speaking of Blake Shelton, to night on NBC Blake's organized & hosting a benefit called Healing In The Heartland for Oklahoma tornado relief. On the show so far: Blake, Miranda Lambert, Usher, Rascal Flatts, Reba, Darius Rucker, & anybody else Blake can get ahold of who's not touring. I will definitely be watching...& probably dancing!!

I NEED COFFEE...& RAIN!

TTY later,
Kst

I got 4 and 2968 in steps. I did do the strength and ellip for 30.

Today I am looking at arranging catering long distance for the rehearsal dinner. Set out inquiries for price quotes. Hope it wont be as much as I think it will be, lol. Yesterday I did some online shopping for a dress. The mother of bride is wearing a light pink, knee length dress with no sleeves. I am trying to find something that compliments my hair color, body shape and won't clash! I am finding it difficult. I do have a basic black dress I could wear. I don't want to stand out tho, just blend, ya know?

I hate wed - the leg stuff is hard for me. I was working on the squats but took a break when my knee started to hurt. Off to get busy now!

Greetings!

Hope everyone is having a great day. Its a little rainy today so I haven't gone out for a walk but I did sign up for a hot yoga class with two of my trainees. I have no idea what I'm in for.....
Yesterday got 5 points and 9481 steps in.

Pam - good luck with the car, hope its not too serious.

Susan - have fun. are you anywhere near Pikes Peak? I remember driving through that one year - spring weather at the bottom - snowing at the top!

Laina - wow! you go girl!

Laurie - I think I brought the rain with me from Calgary - my bad Smile

Kat - maybe I should drive thru your state since the rain seems to be following me....

Well, almost time for class, wish me luck. I've never done yoga, much less hot yoga

Hello everyone!

I made a last minute decision yesterday to go to my sister's, while I had Taylor. We spent the night and just got home about 30 min ago. We are tired and hungry. LOL! I will catch up on all of the posts and tracking tomorrow. So sorry, Denise. I didn't mean to desert you.

See you all tomorrow!

Evening teamies,

Speaking of pedometers I,m so excited I mourned the loss of my fitbit on fitbit site and they are going to give me a complimentary replacement. Hoot Hoot I should receive in 7-10 days. Anyone thinking of buying a fitbit highly rcommend their support staff is so supportive. Today I did all my lovely leg exercises, also walked stairs and got on tm too.

Kat, I loved Sarah. She was my fav. I loved her Indie voice. Judith was great artist but didnt like her techno pop songchoice. Blake Shelton is not my fav. I think he is entertaining on the show. He reminds me so much of my Dad. My dad looked just like him when he was younger charming and a womanizer. I know Blake is a womanizer and yes I know he,s married and so was my Dad. We,ll have to agree to disagree. I know I,ve upset some sassies. It,s just my opine. Can we still have coffee in the morn. I,m sure his special is wonderful. Thanks for the rain Renee are u on your way back sunshine is predicted. Susan and midwesterners the tornado(tomato) staying away??. Nite all, Laurie
