Legs is the word for the day...remember you can do squats in the bathroom if u can't find time during your day...lol....

Count me in for today..... Smile have a good day, laugh, cuz its your life and why waste being grouchy, frowning and miserable...own what u can control and that is you....

Morning everyone-

Squats it is Donna. Yesterday was not a good day for me to exercise, to much running from meeting to meeting.

I still need to check all of yesterday's post since I didn't check in yesterday.

Dinner tonight will be pork chops, leaf lettuce salad w/tomato and steamed asparagus with lemon. Come on Donna, I have your reservation.

Hope everyone is doing well, I have been given many projects to complete while my boss is on his two week European vacation.

Monday's steps were low 3,001
Tuesday's were a little better at 6,429

Ok Kat and Laurie where's my coffee?????

Laurie--you have the date wrong it's the 22nd not the 21st. It's the 2 yr anniversary of the Joplin tornado.

Sarah, noticed the date but unfortunately once it is input it cannot be edited unless you delete topic and start all over. Posts have already started - anyway everyone enjoy their Wednesday Hump day and be glad for the upcoming long weekend.

We (I) am grilling a huge beef brisket and breaking in the pool. We got the volleyball net out for the pool and expect lots of fun in the sun.

So proud of my son for passing all of his TAKS test and even received commended performance in History!

Ok back to work!

Today has been great so far. Haven't worked out yet because I have to be at work early. I am EXTREMELY sore from my dumbbell workouts from monday and tuesday. Can't raise me arms very high lol. Today is all about legs. I have a killer leg workout that I use to do with my trainer. Tomorrow I will not be able to move!

Denise: My favorite workouts change from time to time lol. I get bored doing the same thing. Since it is getting warm outside, I like to hike. That's a major workout! If i'm stuck in the gym I like the elliptical. When at home I like dubbells, kettle bells, and Just Dance for the Wii!

Good morning ladies .so when I got home the baby was awake again .so my stats for Tuesday a strength day 24,090 steps ,3,970 calories burned ,3.31 miles ,sodium 2,110 mgs so a points total of 5 well have a great day everyone I have some cleaning and things to get done so I will check in later oh and I did my first week progress and there are a lot of people that aren't writhing in the forum? Later laina

I had 5pts and 10015 steps for yesterday not many steps since I skipped Zumba in favor of an 8th grade graduation. Will get to Zumba Tone tonight but won't get to the gym but will make up for that on Friday afternoon. I get day shift on Friday so will go workout after work.

Morning teamies,

Donna when your smiling can you still focus on date,lol. Way to throw the newbies. Exercise for this challenge is on Sticky which includes squats, calf raises and lunges or step ups. I did my squats calf raises and lunges. Think I,ll throw in some stepups. Susan is in a squat challenge with a few others 80 seems to be the amount.

I,m so bummed I charged my fitbit, synced it and pretty sure I threw it out with trash. 4686 steps and high five for me. Have to get battery for my omron.

ONLY HAVE Half Of the measurements. U cant morph without measuring,lol!

One of our points is eating five fruit and vegetables are u earning that one. Great steps again! U must walk on your job or your 3 yr old is really fast. With your steps will be to Pams tomm. This is the forum and we,ve sent lots of emails explaining to newbies. They can still be in challenge but will not be official winner if they dont participate here. Here,s where all the fun an support is! Laurie And Mondays are weigh in days for the challenge so make sure u weigh in on Monday. Thats when progress and weighins are for this challenge.

Hi Laurie yea I eat chicken salad every day it has spring mix ,carrots,cucumbers,cherry tomatoes ,broccoli ,and chicken .do you want me to put what I eat on there for my veges or fruits ?

treadmill done yeh, ok but not as many steps in the 90mins as did yesterday , LOL hahahha legs r sore and dragging from squats yesterday Susan yup 80 it is , omg can you hear me cry......lol

Hello all. Went to the Y and got 2.3 miles in. Will do legs at home today!!! 80 squats for sure and I'll do some lunges!!!

Steps for Tues were 5455 and 2 points.

Ice cream social at school. I will behave!! wink wink

Evening Sassies! Me &my big mouth...I mentioned to my trainer Monica that we hadn't done any leg work in a while, so....100 calf raises AND 90 squats using the Pilates Reformer!!! My legs want a divorce! Oh well, done for the day except for some stretching & a (slow) walk.
