Good Luck! I was always the kid in school who could never run the mile lol. All my friends lately are doing all those cool 5k mud runs and stuff and they look like so much fun.

How many days a week?
Do what you're comfortable with. As I see it, it's only 20 min so if you have the time to do it every day, do it! I'm gonna shoot for everyday, but i'm sure there will be off days =) good ...
