Get up and get moving! Run (or walk) 50 miles by Easter!

Guidelines:
Trying to shape up and at least tone up before Easter and spring break! No better way to tone my legs than running (or walking). If I'm overweight at least I can try to have tone legs. Here's a sample running schedule: Sun Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri Sat wk1 2 2 2 off 2 3 3 wk2 off 3 4 off 3 4 4 wk3 off 3 4 off 3 4 5 You don't have to do it that way - just an idea it can be done. Starting small and increasing mileage. If you can run further sooner- great!
