Practice portion control and eat healthy
Guidelines:
Prefer natural food (fruits and veggies) and limit your daily calorie intake to between 10-15 times your target weight. My target weight is 108lb so I should aim for 1080 to 1620 calories depending on how much activity I have planned for the day. Track it.

Walking
Joined walking group at work. Walking 3.5 to 5miles in an hour daily. Can't wait to work up to a "jog". Starting 7 day onion soup diet Sunday. Excited.
