Guidelines: Guidelines: OK, I recently ran a challenge that gained a lot of participants and interest. I asked everyone to do three things every day. I have simplified matters this time around and ask for all participants to do ONE things each day. Come to the "daily activity and accountability thread" (will be made a sticky) and post the date, and what fitness activity you completed or plan on completing for that day. For every day you post your activity you get a point. You can't skip days and then make multiple posts on a single day. The winner will receive a free copy of the Rockin Body home DVD workout. If there is a tie, then a random winner will be selected out of a hat amongst those tied with the most points. Prize is only available to US 48 contiguous states. I'm looking to get a minimum of 50 participants
