To little calories
For the past 2 weeks I ate an average of 1000 calories a day, With exercise I burned around 2000 calories a day. The result.........I gained half a kilo?? I think my body went into stress mode.

1600 calories.
I've been on a diet since October 2012. I've lost 7Kg on 1200 Calories. the 5kg a month challenge is recommending 1600. Has anyone lost more weight by increasing their calorie intake?
