Hi. I really need some buddies to get me motivated. I joined this challenge in the hopes that it helps. I have 8 more pounds to lose to reach my goal, but I've been at this weight for a couple of months now. I just don't have the umph to get moving. (I hate winter).

I am in your shoes (kind of). I have been at the 130-135 mark for years. Some months its a little less, but others its near the top of that range. I've been trying to exercise enough to lose 10 lbs and get toe 120(preferably)-125. Hopefully this group will help keep us motivated! I seriously tell myself every winter/spring that I'm going to feel great in a bikini by summertime, and every summer I fail myself. I want to change that!

Same! I've been at the same weight now for almost a year, those last 10 bastard pounds will NOT leave. I need to get back into hardcore mode and get them gone for ever! HELP!

It's nice to know I'm not alone. I finally have a day off from work. I'm going to dust off a few of my exercise dvd's.
