Motivation
It's nice to know I'm not alone. I finally have a day off from work. I'm going to dust off a few of my exercise dvd's.

I just moved to Tucson in April and stopped walking
I would like to find a buddy to keep me honest. I want to start walking again. I will start tomorrow morning.
