Do some exercise every day. Walking, an aerobic DVD, or yoga. Listen to your body and don't go overboard. Make sure you stretch.

Record everything you eat

Keep a record of all the food you consumed. This lets you see your areas of weakness and where you can improve. It's important, though, that you don't make this central to your wellbeing. This is just a tool.

If you've done a good job all week, or even all day, give yourself a reward that doesn't involve food. A relaxing bath or some quiet time with a good book are some ideas.

I am so mad at myself for succumbing to my cravings and eating all those cookies I ate last night. I will be so disappointed when I go to Pierce tomorrow and have gained weight!

Mini Challenges
The exercise and drinking water has been going good, but still trying to work on the eating because I get off work late and don't feel like cooking. But I will continue to work hard at it.

This is my plan! Yeaaa!
For anyone trying to keep track with books, paper and pencil keep up the good work. I do suggest the calorie counter app that syns with fatsecret. It's awesome:)
