First off, I want to know WHERE in the HECK did JUNE go? Seems like you just started this challenge yesterday. I definitely enjoyed the confessional. And interestingly, although I am, as another friend of mine labeled herself, a 'serial challenge failer' I looked back at my original goals posted here and feel I achieved 50% which is better than none at all. I had stopped logging my food so I really don't know for sure (but doubt) if I actually increased protein and decreased fat but I did finish the challenge (and didn't leave it) although I recognize my daily participation lacked and for that I'm sorry. I did lose 2-3lbs since the start and my goal was to maintain or not gain. So all in all.. cool challenge and thank you for creating it.
I'm not losing WEIGHT. I'm converting FAT to MUSCLE to be healthier.
