Well I finished up right where I started at...142 lbs. I got a lot of ideas and support from everyone who joined me on this challenge. I think I'm going to continue my one hour walks on Wednesday and my Zumba DVD's.

I learned a lot about running a challenge...what works (confessionals and lots of support) and what doesn't (surveys and recipes).

I know some of you did really well and I'm so happy for you.

Keep going toward your goals and healthy lifestyles!

First off, I want to know WHERE in the HECK did JUNE go? Seems like you just started this challenge yesterday. I definitely enjoyed the confessional. And interestingly, although I am, as another friend of mine labeled herself, a 'serial challenge failer' I looked back at my original goals posted here and feel I achieved 50% which is better than none at all. I had stopped logging my food so I really don't know for sure (but doubt) if I actually increased protein and decreased fat but I did finish the challenge (and didn't leave it) although I recognize my daily participation lacked and for that I'm sorry. I did lose 2-3lbs since the start and my goal was to maintain or not gain. So all in all.. cool challenge and thank you for creating it.
I'm not losing WEIGHT. I'm converting FAT to MUSCLE to be healthier.
