Just checking in to see how the challenge is going? We are only a few days in so I am sure there are a few people that are a bit sore and others that are rocking through it. I myself feel a difference and my abs are a bit sore but the real killer for me are the lunges. My legs hate, hate, hate me.
I may need to adjust my push-up days to match my gym days. Rotating doesn't really give me a recovery day but we will see how that goes.
