I just wanted to say thanks to you all for joining this challenge. I hope it was helpful in pushing yourself harder to reach your fitness goals. I intend to do another push week challenge later this week or starting next Monday. I do find it helpful. I posted a calendar up in my office where I am writing my fitness/ weight loss goals for the week and then filling in what I do each day. It's pretty motivating. I joined the "100 crunches a day" challenge starting tomorrow. That should be challenging. So, keep a look out for the challenge to start again and I hope you will join again. How did it go eating consciously? I found it really helpful to only eat when sitting down. I have been slowing down and enjoying my food. It seems to work and helps make foods not seem off limits which is a good thing! Hope you all have a happy and healthy week!
