Today we should all be working toward our 4 hours of exercise to be completed by Friday. Between yesterday and today you will want to have about an hour completed.

Log in any victories you have made toward this challenge today.

Mine were for Monday:
-20 min. floor toning exercises
-went out for Chinese buffet (not good for the weight loss!) But ate moderately and slowly and didn't even have a gain this morning to show for it!
-Stopped myself multiple times from taking bites of what I was making while standing up! This has probably saved many calories.

This evening I will head out for a good walk. I'll check in with you later! Make it a great day!! Rachel

Well I am refocusing today. I did well yesterday, eating right, did a few excercised throughout the day. I feel good about today.

I have one confession. My boss is the sweetest lady and brought in brownies for my coworker and I. I had a bite, but turned the rest down. I had to just tast them to compliment them... oh and they are sooo good. But enought of that, I am staying good all week!

I am off to the gym! You want 4 hours ex! I can do that!!!

Great job on hitting the gym, Cindy. Anyone else have anything to report in?

Our neighbor's just put in a pool, so I walked against the flow and jumped for at least 30 min. in the pool and got in a good workout. Tomorrow I will be hitting the gym. I will prob. do some more floor exercises tonight too. Eating today was all pretty good. I had one brownie but it doesn't stress me out! I am looking forward to some light ice cream in a cone for my snack tonight.
