Today we should all be working toward our 4 hours of exercise to be completed by Friday. Between yesterday and today you will want to have about an hour completed.

Mine were for Monday:
-20 min. floor toning exercises
-went out for Chinese buffet (not good for the weight loss!) But ate moderately and slowly and didn't even have a gain this morning to show for it!
-Stopped myself multiple times from taking bites of what I was making while standing up! This has probably saved many calories.
