Guidelines:
Weigh, measure, and take a selfie on the start date before excercising. Try to stay consistent with the selfie (i.e. clothing, face shot, full length shot). This will help you see the change more and boost your confidence.

Drink your water! 1/2 your body!!!!

Guidelines:
Example: I weigh 162 lbs. Divide 162 by 2. That equals 81. This is how many ounces of water I should drink daily. 8oz=1 cup of water. When your weight changes, change your water intake.

Excercise!!!

Guidelines:
Exercise at least 3 days out of the 7 day week! What ever your exercise outlet may be (mine is Zumba Wii edition), get your heart rate up for 30 minutes or more! Plexus will work by itself, yes, but we are also trying to get healthy, not just lose the weight.

They are extremely intimidating if you fail at least one mini-challenge, or eat a piece of chocolate, or don't drink all your water. IF YOU FIND YOU HAVE FALLEN BEHIND, DON'T LOOK BACK. JUST START BACK UP. Your hand won't get popped for missing a few days. This is to make YOU a better YOU.
