Glad to have you all on board! To get ready for the challenge next week, I would suggest you start some form of movement this week to get ready.

Also, I am a beach body coach and my husband is a P90X certified Trainer, so if you have any questions about the workout or nutrition please ask.

I currently workout with 4 other people and we take energy and endurance before the workout and Results and Recovery after which has really made a huge differce in our workouts

I am so excited to join your challenge!! 2 years ago, I worked through 2 rounds of p90x and LOVED it!! I has strength and energy that I never thought I could have. I even lost over 120 pounds.

Last summer, I let life take over and actually stopped working out all together, even put on 30 pounds Sad Recently, I have been trying to get back into my old routine and found it really difficult. I am shocked to see how out of shape I became...

I still have 60 pounds to loose, but more so, I want the energy and toned look back!!!
