Challenge Forum: Week 2, So Far

How's everyone doing on Week 2 so far? I fell on the ice on Sunday and hurt my back, so I'm not doing quite a strenuous exercises as normal, but still pushing play and doing what I can.

I hope you feel better! Yesterday I did not have the chin up bar secure and I fell with it. It didn't hurt too bad though. I got up and kept going. Have a few little bruises.

I really worked myself in plyometrics today! Last week I did all right, but I was really feeling the burn and sweat today. I feel as if eating the right foods is giving me more energy than before.

I'm technically on week three (this challenge started when my week 2 started). I've been really pushing myself this week and I have never felt better. I am genuinely starting to enjoy the workouts (except Yoga X, but maybe that will change) and I'm even starting to like Ab Ripper X.
The best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago, the second best time is now.

I am starting to enjoy the first half of yoga X...then I get tired of it and really want it to be overwith!
