no guidelines! do whatever you want to do whenever you want to do it! Just make sure that you do 10 minutes of activity every single day and that you record it somewhere :) note: do this on the days that you don't workout! ex: if you go workout at the gym monday wednesday friday, do the 10 minutes the other days so that there isn't one day where you've done nothing.
