Thank you for joining me on this challenge. I know it looks a bit difficult but we can do it. Remember to focus on form, try to do all of your daily squats in one setting, and most of all don't give up!

I also want to add a big thank you to those who joined the original squat challenge. I know there were some glitches. I have re-posted it in the hopes of correcting them. Thank you for being so patient and sticking with me.

Wow, this looks like alot of squats to do per day but if it helps my bike riding I'm all in!! Smile

Are we posting our # of squats per day on the forum?

No. At the end of each week it will ask you if you completed each days number of squats. I set them up as mini challenges.
