Guidelines
Your body is NOT going to be happy with you; especially if your soda has contained a lot of caffeine. Deal with the discomfort - try popping an Ibuprofen or Tylenol for a headache - or find another food with caffeine to help curve the discomfort. You can even find caffeine pills @ the store (ONLY IF NEEDED GUYS/GALS!!!)

Guidelines
Make sure to stay away from soda; including diet. Although diet may not have all the sugars related to weight gain in regular soda - diet still has little baddies to avoid! Beer isn't a good idea - come on - it's just soda with Alcohol let's be serious and real here!!! Hopefully you won't leave the challenge because beer is out of reach...but it's a baddie too!
