Guidelines:
Replace sweets with fruits and veggies. Try once a day, and gradually build it up. By the end of the second week, you should be able to pick a smart snack instead of reaching for the "quick fix" twinkies and ho-ho's.

Guidelines:
If you keep up the regimen, reward yourself with of dark chocolate! Dark chocolate is rich in antioxidants, and studies show it lowers blood pressure! No guilt! Be smart and don't over do it (~7 oz/day is key).
