I really like this challenge. So far so good. I was so tempted earlier this week but remembered that I needed to give account of how successfully I have followed this challenge and more importantly, my waistline
I have surprised myself but it is really good to take the control back!
Feb: Detox and introduce meal slowly
March: 30 days of 20% Cooked and 80% Raw with 2 litres
April: 5:2 raw vegan diet - low fat
