For those concerned about this challenge, I have done the no simple carb thing before for months at a time. If you are a really big fan of sandwiches or bread in general, it helps to make meals that normally wouldn't have bread in it instead of trying to replace the bread with something else. If you usually have a sandwich for lunch. lets say turkey and cheddar, a good option is to make a salad with the same ingredients. A salad with turkey, tomatoes, some cheddar maybe even some avocado will keep you full longer then a sandwich usually would anyway. Those are just my two cents. Good luck everybody!

Completely agree. Most "carb free" bread alternatives only leave you wanting bread. I have had much more success (in the past) eating real food that isn't bread-based. In a pinch you can use lettuce to wrap sandwich ingredients but you'll be way more satisfied if you plan to not include bread in the first place.
Whether you think you can, or you think you can't--you're right.

i have already started cutting my bread down i no longer buy in any loaves of bread ..only a roll that is part baked so i cant just grab toast and sandwiches any more i feel this is really helping me to lose more weight as it automatically cuts out the marge /butter and in my case i stopped buying in hard cheese too ...only eating it now as a treat when out and about once a week
