I've noticed since cutting out the bread that my calorie intake has dropped significantly. This is awesome!!! I've dropped 5 pounds this week alone!
I've not tried to "replace" the bread in any way, just been making different choices. However, I did make spaghetti this week and noticed that I was terribly bloated and sluggish even into the next day.
I wish there was a way I could go completely gluten free and my family NOT NOTICE that I've changed ingredients in their favorite foods. Any suggestions?
