What exactly counts as junk food?

Guidelines:
Things that are counted as junk food: ice cream, any food from a fast food place, candies, chips, bars, chocolate sauce, candy of any sort, pudding, jello, rice cakes, mentos, soda, buttery popcorn, alchohol, and just about anything that has sugar as one of its first 3 ingredients.
