first day was horrible.
..i couldn't stop myself. But today i took a step to avoid eating .i will manage it gradually. today i took low cal mixed vegetable at night 8.30 pm. whenever i feel hungry, i eat some vegetable and water, till 9. then i make myself busy in writing or reading or any homework.i will cut the time everyday and gradually by 3 or 4 days i will be in a perfect routine.I will have no food after 8.
